Has playing violent video games actually made you a more violent person?

I've played video games pretty much all my life and it hasn't made me more violent.

I've been capturing animals and inanimate objects to use to fight other animals and inanimate objects. 

I've also been swinging around an over sized metal key killing monsters (as different people, no less!).

 

I haven't been caught yet.  ^_^

Um, my friend needed to switch games for fear she would bite her controller, but I don't think Mario Party counts as a violent game.  Although, since I tend to stay calm while gaming, I don't think they affect me.  Also, she's just competitive, not really violent.

Nope. In truth I feel a release of sadness or anger and other negative feelings. I defiantly am not a violent person. My main violent game is cod but it doesn't make me violent.

Haven't really played enough violent video games to know. I played Goldfinger (James Bond) with my brother when I was about 6 and once shot a few zombies on House of the Dead but that's pretty much it. Kingdom Hearts doesn't count in my opinion.

With all due honesty violent games sometimes help me releases aggression without having to do so physically.Though i don't really have a good console anymore so punching pillow sort of helps

Nope, I have played violent games for pretty long time and they haven't affected me at all. And I haven't really met person who would have became more violent solely because of video games
