KHII: Get the Gull wing keyblade and the EXP boost ability and have Critical HP. Go to the pride lands at the top of Pride Rock there will be a whole bunch of weak heartless. And you are pretty much guaranteed to level up each run.

in kingdom hearts 2 id say go to the world that never was and keep fighting there for drive forms or for just normal sora go to pride lands and go to the highest rock point and keep kiling those lighting heartless.

Go to the top of the Pride lands take Simba, just kill all the heartless then go down then back up and repeat. I got from Level 96 i think, to 99 Quick.
