Wickedwriter13 9 Posted January 7, 2013 Eh.. I'd probably add some more violence to it ^^; I mean, not full out gore and blood or anything. Just something more than what they already have.

Weiss 8,279 Posted January 7, 2013 The best one yet. I'd spend a few years developing it and testing everything. I'd want it to be one of the markers of greatness in the series and make it better. 1 Ptolema reacted to this

Weedanort 8,786 Posted January 7, 2013 Fanservices. Dang, I was gonna say that I would put fanservices in a very light way, so that people would buy more games to have more fanservices. Wait... Isn't Nomura doing that now?

Caity 3,946 Posted January 7, 2013 After seeing a certain picture I'd actually probably like to create a side game based on this: Path of Hope (Princess of Heart) It'd detail Kairi's personal journey as she becomes stronger with the keyblade, throughout it she'd run into the other princesses of heart, who'd help during some quests and by uniting with them she'd gain more strength, sort of like the medallions in Ocarina of Time given by the sages. The boss could be some form of evil called the "Prince of darkness". She could also be in an alternate world sent by Yen Sid on her request, which is why neither Sora nor Riku are there to help her so she progresses on her own, trying to prove herself. I'd actually like during such a game for Namine to act like a summon for Kairi, coming out and healing her while casting magic attacks. I also think it'd be really sweet looking if during a climatic scene Kairi's fighting an enemy, and just as they're about to land the final blow while kairi's been knocked back in mid-air, for Namine to just like, pop out of her with her own keyblade and block his attack, giving Kairi a chance to rebalance. There's no real purpose in this other that it would look epic. Towards the end of her journey she'd return to Yen Sid, having grown in character, helped people in each world, developed her strength and battle style and be ready for the fight with MX. However so many people are pissed off with the side games now a game like this centering around Kairi will never be made before KH3 ):

I really wonder how they're going to cram her training and all that in KH 3, but then again, since Blu-Ray discs have a ton of storage, they can make the game pretty much as long as they want. I'm guessing it's going to be way longer than any KH game so far, and I can't WAIT....God I've been saying that for 7 years...10 when it actually comes out. I also kind of hope they make all of the Keyblade weilders have their own individual stories, or at least the 3 main characters, because playing as Kairi would be kickass on the PS3. Though the main games only have Sora playable so he'll probably stick to that. 1 Ultima Weapon reacted to this
Ptolema 404 Posted January 13, 2013 (edited) I'd make a game about the Keyblade War. But I wouldn't add Disney characters. Maybe if there are no Disney characters, the game wouldn't have to be so no-cursing-allowed. Besides, they were probably not even born yet. EDIT: I don't mean cursing per se, I mean the excess of happy moments and the not allowing almost any type of angry expression. They removed the world 'hell'. I know it's supposed to be kid-friendly, but I'd try not to be as edgy. I'd try to balance the good and the bad moments, and make it an enjoyable experience for children (and all ages) without it seeming foolish. I love the KH games, and I think a balance between the two, similar, to Birth by Sleep, could make the games even more intriguing. Ultima Weapon 71 Posted January 13, 2013 (edited) Well I would make a game with an alternate story that starts right after the first KH, with no Nobodies and no Xehanort, just Heartless. Where you could play with Sora, Riku and Kairi in different moments of the game, with their respective party (Riku with King Mickey, Kairi with Selphie, Tidus and Wakka, and of course, Sora with Goofy and Donald), and the story would be a lot more simple, but same interesting, with more final fantasy characters, and brand new worlds. The gameplay would be a fusion of the first KH and the BbS. With more exploration, and precise controls like in the Kh2. Dave 5,715 Posted January 13, 2013 It's the quest to go save Aqua. You see, Yen Sid has deduced that Aqua is in the realm of Darkness, and so Sora, Riku, Donald, and Goofy, and perhaps Lea agree to go find her. This leads to a return to the End of the World. However, to find where she is, they must go deeper than they did before, plunging further and further into the void, and as such, exposing themselves not only to increasing physical danger of the Heartless, but also the corrupting and antagonistic forces of Darkness. I would heavily rely on Dante's Inferno for the imagery: every level to be completed would be one circle of Hell, and while our heroes might defeat the circles, each time they are exposed to more and more evil, which in time begins to corrupt and destroy them mentally. In the case of Lea, I would have him become convinced that, if Ven were to be saved from Sora's heart, this would come at the expense of Roxas ever existing again, and he would be conflicted about whether he wanted to help or not. For Riku, I would have him begin to see evil around every corner, having been victim to it himself and knowing the signs, and begin to suspect and mistrust his comrades. Sora would have to cling to every ounce of goodness and light that he finds within himself to try and keep his sanity as he goes further on, no longer certain if he can trust his friends, or save them. The villain would not be related to Xehanort. I would makes the villains simply the Heartless themselves, who have no other plan than to consume and destroy. Seemingly easy to overcome at first, they would become stronger as our heroes allow more darkness into their heart. At the bottom of the Inferno, the final boss would be the Heartless equivilent of the Devil, and if Sora can overcome the embodiment of evil, then he is truly ready to save the world one last time. 1 Zola reacted to this

First of all, besides one exception, the ONLY instances of cursing in KH occur with Disney. But why do you care so much about cursing anyways, is that honestly a selling point for you? OttoOtter 25 Posted January 13, 2013 (edited) I'd make a game about the Keyblade War. But I wouldn't add Disney characters. Maybe if there are no Disney characters, the game wouldn't have to be so no-cursing-allowed. Besides, they were probably not even born yet. I actually had that exact same idea. I'm more of a story guy, so I don't know about improving game play mechanics or stuff like that. Also, I don't really care about cursing, I don't really think that's important in any game, and there probably would be Disney characters, since that's part of what the series is about, interacting with Disney worlds and characters (although for my idea, I don't really have any thoughts on what Disney characters could be included)The story would focus on three sides, those of light, misguided by an overwhelming sense of justice, those of darkness who are intent on submerging all into the shadows and a third party who take it upon themselves to attempt to seal the power of Kingdom Hearts, fearing the power would be too great for anyone to control.Like BBS, there would be 3 main characters, one from each side, maybe each having one or two friends/companions to help them (like the roles that Donald and Goofy fill for Sora). These characters would go through different worlds completing missions for their side, and more than once clash against each other. During their adventures, each one begins to realize their misguided actions, more or less. At some point, maybe about halfway through the game, the three meet again but this time they unite together, to help heal the world they have ravaged and defeat their corrupted commanders. Ptolema 404 Posted January 13, 2013 Yeah no. First of all, besides one exception, the ONLY instances of cursing in KH occur with Disney. But why do you care so much about cursing anyways, is that honestly a selling point for you? Not cursing in particular, it's just some parts just seem... too happy. If I made a KH game I'd try to balance that. It's just, for example, 'Give me one hell of a show' isn't an actual curse, yet they removed it in the remake. I haven't watched all of the games, so I'm not sure how many times it happens, but I think they're just being a little too edgy about it. It's in my opinion, a little too happy. I really liked Birth by Sleep mainly because of the balance it had between the happy and sad moments, and it wasn't too childish yet still appropriate and fun for children. With 'cursing', I don't just mean the words they use, I think I failed to explain myself in my post.
