Right now the focus is entirely on the angels.) Celeste slammed into the Earth--hard. Her wings crumpled beneath her weight, having not served her as she fell. Angels lost the ability to fly if they were rejected by God. Several other immortals also landed near her, also apparently having been banished for eternity. Celeste felt as if there were an iron weight in her chest. She wanted nothing more than to fly back to the gates of Heaven and beg to stay. Tears sprung to her crystalline blue eyes. How could things have ended up this way? She was the perfect angel, or so she'd thought. The role model of perfection, and yet she had let her curiosity get the better of her. The Hell she had seen hadn't really been eternal punishment--this, being banished, was the everlasting punishment. She bit her lip and faced the other rejected angels. "Does--does anyone know where we are?" Edited December 29, 2012 by Think Pink
CloakedSchemerX 1,011 Posted December 29, 2012 ~Humanitas~ I crashed into the Earth like an angelic humanoid meteor-- fast and hard. Funny...I've read a story similar...while I was in heaven. An angel stuck on Earth, wanting to go back to Heaven. Thinking the sun was God...he flew and simply burned. It was sad. It made me sad. Not only the story...but the fact that we came To Earth now, we could never go back! God's forgiveness and mercy-- God's loving grace now shunned us. Tears already started to bottle up in my eyes, but didn't flow yet. (Am I...like the humans now? So innocent at first...then turning evil..? Am I...evil?!) I thought to myself frantically as I turned to hear Celeste. "I don't know where we are...all I know is that it's somewhere on Earth." I told Celeste in a sad and raspy voice. I hadn't cried but I was on the virge of doing so already. The Angels of Light...Happiness, Emotion, Clarity and Truth, Music, and Flame...those were the other rejects. Who knows...maybe I'll be rejected from them as well. I stood up with my wings still folded. Since they didn't get collide with ANYTHING, they're cleaner than a dandelion. I brushed off dust and dirt from my pure white clothing that got a little dirty for the first time. Despite doing that, I just sat back down hopelessly, and clearly with a hopeless and sad expression. "So...what do we do now...?" I asked the other angels with the same sad and raspy voice. Silvia Kuroi 1,480 Posted December 29, 2012 "Oof!" Dagni let out a yelp as he slammed into the hard earth. "W-what..happened?" His soft voice muttered, his emerald-green eyes looking around the place. Dagni's vision swam, and he was unsure of where he was. But after a moment- he remembered. Curiosity had gotten the better of him, along with several other angels. And their punishment? Exile. Dagni felt like he could cry, but it was unlike him to do so. He was weak and young, but crying was something he was against doing. Dagni flitted through his white hair, breathing heavily as he slowly regained his breath. Where's my glasses? He thought, sighing a breath of relied when he found his spectacles to be safe and sound.
Lady Aleister 1,677 Posted December 29, 2012 (edited) She couldn't move her wings, Amadea was falling to fast, the air help the back behind her as she tried to flap her wings. Then she hit the ground. "Ouch....ouch....ouch....man...dang it. I knew this was going to happen..." Amadea sighed, a bit sadly. She sat up and stretched, looking around at the other angels. "Where are we? Did God just...banish us?" Amadea asked, looking around. "Guys, you don't need to be upset! We just need to find a way to get back to heaven....I think...but how do we do that...we were bad angels and went to Hell....but I didn't know we were going to get banished..." she said confidently, but then feeling regret. "Don't worry guys! It will be okay!" Amadea said happily. Edited December 29, 2012 by Sodom
Shera Wizard 2,736 Posted December 29, 2012 (edited) Rustle didn't know what had happened. He'd seen hell, but was that a huge mistake? Before he could rationalize and think through, he realized he had better things to worry about. He was falling down, in almost light speed, and worse, there were no longer his wings to support him. One thing on the better side, was he was going back to earth, his 'home', or what was left of it. He could feel the unhealthy part of air heating his body, it made him queasy. It had been quite sometime since he'd come back to earth. But he certainly did not expect to come down this way. Unfortunately for him, his thoughts did not ease his bumpy fall. He came down with a soft thud, among his other mates. "That... was not very nice," he whispered, rubbing his aching neck. He looked around to see Amadea, Dagni, Humanitas and Celeste with him. His eyesight turned blurry for a moment he shook his head and asked to no one in particular, "This, didn't just happen did it?" CloakedSchemerX 1,011 Posted December 29, 2012 Humanitas looked at Amadea with regret...regret of every second of all we've done. "It'll be okay...? How can you be so sure...?" He asked her hopelessly, his tears finally bottling up both eyes and finally beginning to flow. He was crying already, but only the tears came down, he didn't sniffle or make any noises of sobbing. It was still clear that he was crying, regardlessly. "No...we're never going back. We CAN never go back. We're hopeless now...worse than demons!" Humanitas yelled sadly. Mainly at himself rather than the group though. Humanitas unfolded his wings for once in a great while, and wrapped himself within them, trying to hide his sadness and anger. "Nothing will be okay..."
Shera Wizard 2,736 Posted December 29, 2012 (edited) Rustle, still in a little daze couldn't help just sit there and see Humanitas cry. "Hey, don't rush to decisions," he said. But in his mind, he was no better than Humanitas. Maybe this is the end. "Maybe we can all think through this and besides, we might like it here sometimes. I've been parts of earth before." He put a comforting arm around Humanitas. His wings seemed to only bring more pain to Rustle, the scary thought that he'd lost them. "Surely nothing will be okay, but that doesn't mean everything'll be bad," he said in hopes of calming Humanitas down. "There's got to be a way...right?" He just wished a wind blow to soothe everyone's ails. But he wasn't too sure about his powers yet. He didn't want to risk it. After a short while, he looked up to the others with a questioning glance. Edited December 29, 2012 by Shera Wizard
Silvia Kuroi 1,480 Posted December 29, 2012 Dagni's vision quickly returned to him, and he sat up. His wings sagged slightly, the wings still pristine, and in the same color as his hair. "This..is truly exile...isn't it..?" He murmured, looking around. Several other angels sat around him, the entire group thrown into a pitiful exile, after a horrible decision to explore Hell. And then God cast them to Earth. But why? I...I...I just wanted to understand fire... Dagni thought, looking at his hand as he closed it, then opened it. Dagni looked to his 'companions' watching as some woke up, and others cried. And then a new emotion hit Dagni- fear. This scared him. He was younger than most angels, and this was a place he had never dared to trek. He was truly scared now, because even God couldn't safe him. Dagni whimpered, giving out slow breaths. CloakedSchemerX 1,011 Posted December 29, 2012 Humanitas looked up from his wings, seeing Rustle. Humanitas stopped crying for about a minute-- his eyes still watery as ever. "I've seen Earth...there's more evil than good here...like with us." Humanitas said with all the same emotions as before. "But...thank-you..Rustle..." He said with a fake smile. Funny, Humanitas heals people-- internally and externally-- yet he didn't even know how to be able to heal himself, or if it was even possible. "I hope so...but...I doubt it..." Humanitas continued and finished, with Rustle's last statement. Looking around at the other angels, Humanitas realized he was apparently the youngest of the litter. It made sense...he was acting like the youngest. Humanitas then looked up to the group and asked again: "What do we do now? Or what can we do..?" He asked as he fixed the collar on his shirt-- it being messed uo a bit on the way down and on the fall. (
Shera Wizard 2,736 Posted December 29, 2012 Rustle could feel Humanitas, he could see through his smile. To be honest, I'm not too sure myself, he repeated in his mind. "If we make the best of what we have, we might actually get through this, you guys." he said, trying to tune up his voice and in reply to his little friend. The odd atmosphere around made him feel too sad. "Maybe earth has more evil, but it does have good, I'm sure of that." Do what comes naturally. All of this shouldn't get to you this soon, he convinced. He looked down for a moment and look straight back up with a huge grin, "Let's pick up a beat and try to figure where we are, then we'll look into what we can do! I'm kinda tired, sitting around and doing nothing but feel for what's happened." He could feel the wind coming back to him, but something just felt wrong. Lady Aleister 1,677 Posted December 29, 2012 (edited) "Even though we or on a land foreign to us, there is still light in us. Hey, look at the bright side, we still have our wings..." Amadea said with a smile. 'On the other hand...maybe we can't go back...it's sad really...but I--what am I doing?' she thought, unfolding her wings. "Although, you may be right..." she said in protest. "I am Amadea...Angel of Happiness...but maybe happiness won't work in this situation. Who are you guys?" she asked, slowly standing up. There was another Angel not that far from her who she thought was really pretty. Her eyes were amazing! Amadea's eyes are a boring hazel...so original. Maybe this angel could be her friend...Amadea wondered what she master's in! She quickly ran up to her, Celeste, she seemed to be upset. "Hello. I am Amadea. Are you upset to? Don't worry. We'll find a way back." Amadea said to Celeste with a brim of hope. Edited December 29, 2012 by Sodom
Obi-wan 411 Posted December 29, 2012 The pain was the least of her worries. Looking at the others who had fallen with her the sadness that always filled her grew slightly more. Her wings so tattered layer against her back. 'I only wanted to get rid of some of the pain I felt.' No need to comfort the others because what would Rain, what would sorrow, do to them at this point in time? Her light blue eyes glittered as she tucked her nose into her knees. They would most likely ignore the Angel of Sorrow like all would. Why would someone need the Angel of Sorrow anyways? If they only they knew it got rid of some of her own pain so great in number. "Most reject me anyways because of my skin and hair." Was her lone whisper. She didn't realize it was loud enough for others to hear.
Think Pink 1,967 Posted December 29, 2012 Celeste hadn't really been paying much of a mind to the other fallen angels. She was too busy wallowing in her own self-pity. Why couldn't she have reigned in her stupid curiosity like almost every other angel? She wasn't even an angel anymore. She was simply an immortal shell. Celeste had finally convinced herself that she might as well be social, but before she had the chance, she heard an inhuman growl. Celeste whirled to face the sound, and came face to face with a pack of demons. She'd heard the rumors that demons roamed the Earth's surface, but never before had she actually seen one. Their awful red skin stunned her. "Angels!" One rasped in a voice that could have rivaled Darth Vader's. Celeste's natural instinct was to flee--angels weren't fighters. But she realized instantly that escape would not be an option now. The angels were surrounded by the demonic creatures, and their wings had failed them. Celeste desperately tried to summon light, and was relieved to find her powers still worked. "Um," She glanced toward the other angels. "I think we're going to have to fight them." (note: these are not the demons being played by us. They're just some random ones.)

CloakedSchemerX 1,011 Posted December 29, 2012 Humanitas unwrapped himself from the warmth of his white wings and folded them back onto his back. "D-demons...?" Humanitas asked himself, stuttering. His abilities were not made for fighting, but instead the exact opposite. He turned to see the Angel of Sorrow, clearly healing his mumbling. Humanitas walked towards him-- they both had the same emotion, and its not like he could fend off the demons. Despite being terribly frightened, nervous, regretful, and sorrowful himself. Considering Humantias' body was the size of a very young child, the Angel of Sorrow-- Rain-- was the only one Humanitas could see eye-to-eye, and that was only die to the fact Rain was sitting. "Rain...right? Are you...okay?" He asked Rain, trying his best to not sound as sad as he was before. That came to no avail, but it was at least a little better. Lady Aleister 1,677 Posted December 29, 2012 "Demons? How I fight them? It's not that easily. Especially when your power is happiness..." Amadea thought in protest. 'Man I am worthless...being an Angel can be bad sometimes...' she thought, looking at Celeste. "Um...how do I fight them...?" She asked quietly, holding onto her own dress. 'I want to run, but I can't run...I have to fight...I might as well kick them...they didn't give me a problem when I went to hell, but then the other Angels got me...and then this happened. What do I do? I don't like Earth...' Amadea thought.
Namine` 28 Posted December 30, 2012 Christine's eyes widened in panic as she hurtled to the ground. As the Earth came speeding toward her, she could make out where she would land. Demons? She thought before crashing. She brought her head up swiftly, trying to ignore the pain in her forehead. "I think we're going to have to fight them." she heard one of her fallen peers say. Fight? Great. She thought sarcastically. I've fallen from Heaven straight into the clutches of demons. Balling her hands into fists, she looked at the angel nearest to her, Liliana. "How are we going to fight them?"
VIIth Angel 35 Posted December 30, 2012 Liliana got up, brushing the dirt off her clothes. She looked up to the heavens and began to yell. "I do not deserve this!" She scoffed. "Now I have to deal with these hooligans on earth..." Liliana looked into a nearby puddle and saw her reflection. Her complexion was no younger than that of a ten year old, yet deep down she had the mind more mature than anyone on this planet. She looked to the demons. One look into their thoughts made her shiver. Liliana looked to Christine. "I don't know, but I'm not in the mood for this!" She ran towards the demons, baking her hands into fists. "Get away from us!" She yelled, running closer to them. Liliana had powers on the passive side, figuring out how to use them would take time. So for now, the sheer force of her ten year old body would have to do. But she had to do something. She punched a demon and fell to the ground. "Not what I was going for..." She said to herself. Silvia Kuroi 1,480 Posted December 30, 2012 Dagni looked to where all the commotion was coming from. He gasped. "D-demons?!" He muttered, standing up, nearly falling over himself. H-how could the demons find us..? Oh no... Dagni looked to the other angels, then to the demons. The demons looked raring for a fight; the angels did not. And many of Dangi's fellows didn't appear to be suited for combat. Neither was Dagni. I have fire...but I couldn't bring myself to hurt someone....even if they are a demon... Dagni thought desperately, feeling the true pangs of fear.
Shera Wizard 2,736 Posted December 30, 2012 (edited) Demons? Wonderful, Rustle thought. Like all of this wasn't bad enough. He wasn't in the top mood of the day, especially to fight. Demon or not, fighting exactly wasn't his take. But after what Celeste had told them,it only seemed true. Who knows what these demons could do. Be a guy, he said to himself, or... Be an angel. No, no! Be a man and impress people here! Well, at least for the sake of--what am I thinking for!?"If it means the only choice we have," Rustle spoke. A gentle breeze rose from the dry land around him, "I'm ready, to protect us." rustle pinched himself mentally to make sure he wasn't dreaming. He wasn't. Then he had to do this. Who knows, this might be fun, he calmed down a bit again, or maybe not. Edited December 30, 2012 by Shera Wizard
Obi-wan 411 Posted December 30, 2012 She did not notice the other angels as her eyes locked onto a demon standing up closer to her. Rain could not fight but she could keep the demons still for a while. 'Feel pity for yourself dear demon. Pity those who you may know. If not more pity yourself.' Silent words spoken to the demon in front of her as it's body twitched. Clouded eyes still focused on it as she continued to whisper her words. The effect finally took place when the demon feel onto the ground crying without speaking. Looking up she turned to watch the other angels. 'I need to guide them along. I'm usually on earth so I could guide them to somewhere safe right? Hide among the humans. Hide from the dark.' It was a good thought but would it work? Trying to hide away till they had a halfway decent plan?
Think Pink 1,967 Posted December 31, 2012 Celeste wasn't much of a fighter. She already knew that without her wings, she wouldn't be able to deal much damage. But there was one thing she did have at her disposal--her control over light. It wasn't much of an offensive ability, but at least it gave her something to work with. Celeste summoned light, the familiar feeling of warmth accompanying a flash that blinded the demons. They staggered in circles, shielding their devilish crimson eyes. Being once the citizens of Heaven, the light didn't affect the other angels. Their vision was still perfectly intact. She pointed to a break in the line of demons. "There!" She stage whispered. "Before the light fades!"
Arya Stark 1,337 Posted December 31, 2012 Joy wasn't happy. Her back throbbed due to her fall, she had just been exiled from everlasting happiness, and now some demons were attacking them. Joy looked over to see Celeste blind the creatures. That was good. She picked up a large rock from the ground. She funneled her anger into an illusion, giving it her all. The illusion was of a lady demon, though she could barely tell. They were all ugly. Some of the demons went absolutely ga-ga at the sight. As if in a trance, one came closer. The illusion begged it to come closer in croaky voice. The stupid demon apparently thought that was hot. As the demon approached, Joy snuck up behind him.He got in close to the illusion, and it disappeared. Confused, the demon spun around to see a rock hit him dead in the face. He fell to the ground unconscious. "Nice try fool. Don't be so lustful next time." she said with spite.
CloakedSchemerX 1,011 Posted December 31, 2012 (edited) Humanitas watched as Joy and Rain fended off against the demons in their own ways. He could not fight, so he had to wait. "Just leave, demons. Please don't stay longer, not even you deserve death again. No one deserves death. It's just...wrong. Evil..." He muttered to himself and to a demon. The demon simply attacked in a blinded rage. Humanitas dodged, although its claws grazed his chest. His body, being as young and frail as it was already bled and began to feel much pain, but despite that, he kept no grudge to the demon. "Don't die here, take your friends and go. Please." Humanitas told the demon again, most likely futilely. For once his clothes had a color besides light blue or white. It was now blood-red. I felt more pale than usual, and felt a dizziness but had not fainted yet. I simply clenched my wound. "Why...why could I heal everyone but myself?" Humanitas asked himself as he looked ahead to the light and Celeste. Nearly fainting, Humanitas strolled over to where Celeste wanted us all to go, and he waited patiently for the others, while clenching the bloody wound. Lady Aleister 1,677 Posted December 31, 2012 Amadea quickly ran to the place Celeste directed, seeing a fellow angel who appeared wounded. "Oh...are you okay? What happened to you?! Was it those demons? Don't worry, we'll be okay now! This Angel of Light is helping us!" she said with a worried look, then smiling. "Oh...this is a serious situation! Sorry! I'm Amadea. Angel of Happiness, and that why I am acting like this...sorry. You are going to be okay, just hang in there..." she said seriously.
