Flying Cattle 48 Posted December 27, 2012 I plan on building my first gaming PC, and do not know much about it. I have put together a wishlist of the parts that I plan on buying, and was wondering if anyone knows if this is a good build for the price. This is pretty much as high as I can go with my budget. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ujL9 Thanks!
Sora2 84 Posted December 27, 2012 Well it all depends on what you will use the computer for. Like I know gamming but what time are the games. Like are the games using super graphics, super processor. So instead of a pc tell us what you will play and use it for. Another thing is it just pure games or will you do other things to like burn dvds. One thing I do not know crap loads about pcs but I do know hard drive space... If you put films, anime and games on it well it can get filled fast.. I got around 4.5 Terabytes in my pc... Best way to save money is to decide on what type of pc...
Flying Cattle 48 Posted December 27, 2012 It will pretty much be fully gaming. Of course, I'll do things like go on youtube, these forums, and browse the internet. For games, I'm not too worried about graphics, I just want the game to run at a high FPS and be fully playable. Games I plan to play are games such as Left 4 Dead, Half-Life, Portal, Dark Souls, Arma II, etc.. I would also animate and stuff on the PC, but I do that now on this laptop, which is very old. Flying Cattle 48 Posted December 27, 2012 Hmm that seems to have nice specs owo Should be able to take on the new games Haha, good to hear. I also have questions regarding connecting wirelessly to the internet. Is there any adapter like this that I would need to attach to the motherboard? Or is it a chip of some sort? I'm totally confused when it comes to that.
