Neena had just gotten out of a dark corridor when the bullet went straight through her thigh. "Shit!" she cried in pain, kneeling to the ground. She looked down at her leg, to see a small hole, straight through. She focused light in to her leg. Golden flames burned in the bullet wound. The bleeding stopped, but she still felt loads of pain and her leg refused to move. Neena looked up at Yuka. Arrows had hit her, and the shot had obviously been from desperation. "I didn't want to do this. But you've left me no choice." she growled. Staggering up, she had eyes of hatred. Darkness ran through her veins. The darkness completely surrounded her. As it disappeared, Neena was still there, but certainly different. She had a short black dress with lace trimming, that revealed quite a bit of skin, including the bullet wound in her leg. Her black hair was now in ponytail rather then the bun it had been in, and contrasted with her now snow white skin. And lastly, her purple eyes had turned a devious red. Darkness emanated from her very being. She pulled her sword out of the sheath and ran. Her speed was exponentially faster, even with her wounded leg. Neena went with a rushing swipe at Yuka as she approached her position.

"Mm." Silver sat at the edge of his seat, watching the battle go on. In the beginning, it appeared that Neena held the advantage, and would've been the clear victor. But then, Yuka stepped up her game, and the fight became increasingly more leveled.

I wonder who's gonna win...I'm rooting for Neena...though I'm not sure why I'm doing so... Silver thought, sitting back in his seat.

'Is this an ability?' Yuka thought, quickly rolling out of the way.

"Impressive." she said, coming at her from behind, managing to cut Neena a couple of times with her daggers.

'Just think of your father...' Yuka thought, when her father's appearance took place of Neena...in Yuka's eyes.

Neena was now an enemy in Yuka's eyes. The one who killed her mother. But this was what Yuka had to do. In force herself to see Neena as a different person.

"Maybe one day you'll learn a couple of things." she yelled, stabbing Neena's shoulder, then having her gun in hand again.

~Joshua~

My foot tapped uneasily as Yuka was losing. I sighed, "Come on Yuka..." I plead, as she shot the other competitor. Right then, the fight came more serious. The girl was swifter than before, but Yuka began to fight a bit more serious now and stabbed her. I slumped down from the bleachers so that whoever was in front of me blocked my vision from the blood.

Tired of waiting for Daxam, Gexln began walking out of the dorms. "Daxam, find me later" he shouted to Daxam as he left. He approached the stands, still in deep thought about his plan involving Ace. He walked over to the stands and sat down, now for the first time looking at the fight. A low growl escaped his throat. "Darkness..." he growled. The girl looked as though she was being consumed by it, much as he himself nearly allowed himself to do against Ace.

Being the paranoid bastard he was despite wanting some form of attention he watched from the hallway with his figure red light included completely blending in at the point he was. "You know I'm starting to hate genetics even more now. At least being smart was included." Looking from a far Neena caught his interest with the blackness flowing around her body. "So that's darkness then? Very interesting it explains some of the traits seen earlier. Though why there so worried about it is beyond me."

The mild scratches Neena didn't mind, but the stab really hurt. She whirled around and kicked Yuka off her. Stepping back a little, she pulled the dagger out of her shoulder. The assassin threw the dagger to the side before focusing on light. Light coursed through her body, and she was encased in light.  As the light vanished, Neena had been made anew again. Her hair was now down, long, flowing, and blond. Her blood red eyes turned an electric blue, and the short dress turned to golden armor.  The pale skin had been kissed from the sun, turning a pleasant tan. Neena's right arm burned with pain now, similar to the pain in her leg. At least it was her off arm. She hefted a golden broadsword with two hands. She made a charge toward Yuka focusing high-strength light magic into the blade. "I know more than I could teach you in a lifetime." she replied to Yuka's remark. She brought the sword down as swiftly and powerfully as she could. The blade exploded in light. It was very large and powerful explosion. Neena had been thrown back, smoking. She staggered to her feet. Pain coursed through her body. Her armor had protected her from most of the blast. Armorless Yuka, hopefully wouldn't have been able to sustain such a powerful blast.

Yuka was thrown back from the attack.

'She's pretty strong...' she thought, her vision blurry.

Yuka gave a slight smile.

'Maybe if I die, I can at least go see mother....' she thought.

Neena was strong...to strong for her.

Yuka layed on her side with a smile on her face, brutally burnt and wounded.

Gexln stood up once more, having seen that the battle was more or less over, at least in his opinion. "Darkness isn't beaten so easily when you let it use you" he said quietly, thinking aloud as he began walking back to the dorms. He deliberately walked the long way to the dorms, making sure to pass by Ace as he did so. A sly, confident grin appeared on his face as he passed. "Having fun, Ace?" he asked, sounding a little bit TOO casual as he asked that. He didn't wait for a response, instead he chose to walk along the edges of the grounds and back to the entrance to his dorm, where he leant against the wall.

"No because I know your planning something because of me bing paranoid it's a second alert. How about you just stop and accept that I'm stronger than you?" Nervous for sure as he cracked his knuckles trying to calm himself down before he did something unneeded right then. "Of course you won't listen to me you'll listen to that Darkness you posses so trapped within your form and fake emotions like you kept mumbling about it."

Elite was on end, this battle seemed to intrigue him so....'Interesting'...but no one is going to die on my grounds. It wasn't that he was noble but of the lines that he didn't want to have to be responsible for casualties. He couldn't care less about the lives of the fighters here.

"I'm getting the hell out of here..." Yuka snapped, slowly forcing herself up.

Yuka bit her lip to keep her from screaming as she limped out of the arena. Neena had won. Finally, Yuka reached her dorm room, falling hard on her bed, throwing her notebook across the room. She groaned in pain, all she could really do is rest.

Hopefully Ace wouldn't come bugging the crap out of her.

I felt the presence pass and decided to make that raincheck on Glexin.

I departed my dorm to the stands where I saw Glexin and when to see him.

"I felt you outside my door. What is it?"

Neena fell. Yuka had already retreated, and victory was hers. She stood up slowly, and stumbled her way into the stands, back in regular form. She plopped down next to Silver again. "Told you I'd be back." she said, wincing. "Happen to have any cure spells with those keyblades of yours? I don't got much in the way of that. She was bruised, battered, smelled like she'd been blown up (which she had been), had a bullet hole in her leg, and a deep stab wound in her right shoulder. No spells she had could fix that.

Gexln looked at Daxam. "How would you like an edge on the competition in this tournament?" he asked mysteriously. He closed his eyes and chuckled quietly, thinking of what could happen if his plan actually worked. A slight breeze went through, and for the first time that day Gexln took down the hood on his Organization XIII cloak, showing his face so as to not appear like an enemy.

"Erm." Silver looked at Neena,a small grin coming to his face- depsite the circumstances. "Well one, I'm glad you one...now..." Silver sighed putting out his gloved hands before Neena's wound on her leg.

"I haven't used many spells recently- I've been training in a single magic." Silver explained, his hands glowing a light green, as a circular glyph appeared.

"Now...Cure!" He announced, the ring of glyphs expanding, then disappearing. Silver hoped that would help heal Neena's wounds.

"I'd very much would like an edge."

If it meant getting an advantage over Jason I'd be willing to do anything.

I lowered my hood as well as a sign of mutual respect.

Gexln bent down and grabbed Darkness' Sorrow. He held it up horizontally so that Daxam could clearly see it. "You know, i used to be part of the Organization. I must've left before you, because i never saw you before this tournament, but i have noticed you use their weapons. If you can replicate them, maybe you can replicate mine? Another weapon could always be something that would be of us to you" Gexln explained.

Just then, from out of nowhere, leaving naught but a faint blue aura like trace was seen none other then Vergil, of whom had both strangely and mysteriously gone missing from his involvement in the tournament for a while but now he has obviously appeared in order to begin his fight against his opponent by saying "Is this where my fight is supposed to be?" said Vergil in the calm tone that he always speaks in whilst holding his Yamato Katana in his right hand with obviously still being in it's sheath.

I waited for Elite to call out the next competitors before I left. (Vergil and Silver. Whomever they are, I'm not fighting yet...) I thought to myself as I got up and off the bleachers and followed on over to Yuka's dormitory. The door was open, but only a sliver of it was. Rather than bursting it open and barging in it'd be best to ask her. I knocked slightly on the door and waited for her response.

"Joshua?" Yuka asked, looking over to the door.

"You can come in here...your not Ace..." she said, putting her eye patch back on.

The patch wasn't damaged...Yuka got it from her mother, the day before her father killed her mother.

"Mmhmm." I simply responded to Yuka as she neared the door. It did seem like she was pretty tense toward Ace, but that feeling was mutual with them. I glanced a bit at the eye patch, (It'd be rude to ask...) I thought to myself. "The next fight's going to start. I just wanted to make sure you weren't hurt." I said as I began to gradually heal her wounds.

"Thanks Joshua...you're probably the most polite person her to me. You are like my oldest brother." Yuka said with a smile as she watched him closely.

"Whoever you get put in the arena with, they'll be hard to fight. Be careful okay?" she said a bit hesitantly.
