Everyone at Lucas Arts was fully invested in the game but apparently Free Radical messed it up by focusing more on the game Haze. And it sucks because it was looking good, even in the alpha stage. Amon 4,279 Posted December 4, 2012 (edited) It's mostly because Pandemic studios was shut down. You can blame it all on EA, who purchased Pandemic studios, had the studio shut down, and layed off almost all of the workers they absorbed from Pandemic studios. Thus ending a great developer that gave us games that helped define the last generation of consoles like the Mercenaries series, the Destroy All Humans! series and of course the Starwars: Battlefront series. This is one of the finest examples of why EA is the most evil company ever created. One of the many horrible things they do is buy entire studios and lay off all but a few of it's workers like what happened to Pandemic studios. When they recently offered Gabe Newell over 1 billion dollars to sell Valve to them, he said he would rather see the company complete destroyed than fall into EA's control.
