Arya Stark 1,337 Posted December 1, 2012 Okay, try this. Take two basketballs. Get on the ground in push-up position, but with your hands on the basketballs instead of the ground. Then start doing push-ups on the basketballs. 1 CJ Smith reacted to this
Weedanort 8,786 Posted December 1, 2012 Are you doing push-ups with your fist or with the palm of your hand? If you do it with your fists, it'll be a greater challenge. Okay, try this. Take two basketballs. Get on the ground in push-up position, but with your hands on the basketballs instead of the ground. Then start doing push-ups on the basketballs. This also works. Amon 4,279 Posted December 1, 2012 (edited) My uncle found a gym with a great work out program! He was morbidly obese and needed to loose weight. The doctors told him he would die in 5 years if he didn't change his lifestyle. My Uncle decided that enough was enough and it was time to enroll in a gym. He saw an ad online for a gym that offered a program that would let him lose 50 pounds in an hour so he jumped on the opportunity. When my uncle got there he inquired about the program. The man who was running the gym took him into a back room where there was a beautiful and completely naked woman. The woman told my uncle "I'll have sex with you, but you have to catch me first." After a wild chase and some neat action my Uncle left the gym and found that he shockingly lost 50 pounds in that hour! The next day he went back to the gym and asked if he could lose 100 pounds in an hour. The gym owner said "Of course Mister! Right this way" and took him to a back room. This time there were not one, but two beautiful naked women. The task was to catch both of them and of course, have sex once they have been captured. So he did just that and my uncle lost 100 pounds and had some serious fun in just 1 hour. Noticing some serious results he went back to the gym and asked boldly if he could lose 200 pounds in an hour. The gym owner had an odd look on his face but obliged, business is business. He took my uncle to the back room and this time there wasn't a naked woman, not two, or even three. There was a giant muscular and hairy man completely naked. His manhood was fully erect to a size biologically impossible. My uncle was puzzled, he was not into this kind of thing, so he asked, "What's going on, where are the naked women?" The giant man said with a smirk "There aren't any here. You better get running boy because if I catch you, then I am going to have sex with you." My Uncle lost 200 pounds and never went back to that gym again. Edited December 1, 2012 by Amon
Think Pink 1,967 Posted December 1, 2012 In one of our PT smoke sessions, a gunny had us do 25 flutterkicks. But instead of regular flutterkicks, you had to do four-count ones, and hold each count for 30 seconds. So one (hold thirty seconds) two (30 seconds) three (thirty seconds) four (30 seconds) and you have done one full flutterkick. Now do 24 more. It leaves you feeling really sore. xDD Your feet can never touch the ground btw, although at some point everyone put their feet down. It takes almost an hour, so you're probably going to need a break in there. If you're me, more than one break. It's the best ab workout I've ever done, and I did this two days ago, and it still hurts. 8D 1 Weedanort reacted to this

Mystics Apprentice 2,397 Posted December 5, 2012 Mountain climbers are killer--or at least enough of a repetition of them are. You'll basically want to have your palms on the ground, bring one foot towards your hand, the other further back, and rotate feet quickly and continuously. Are you looking for cardio or toning exercises? I'd suggest different things depending on what you're looking for. This might sound silly, but jumping jacks are a great way to get your heart rate up quick.
