Kaneki Ken 1,516 Posted November 22, 2012 Apparently Black Friday is around the corner, and I'm in need for new headphones. The type of headphones I like is Over the Ear Headphones. I've been looking for headphones with detachable cable that will allow me to take the cable out of the headphones for when I'm not using them. I prefer Sennheiser due to my budget, but I'm quite tempted by Bose headphones. My budget is under 130 dollars I'm having a terrible time trying to find these types of headphones. Could you guys help me please? oh, and Dont tell me to get Beats. I find them overrated and money eater.

dusk 910 Posted November 22, 2012 If you want something for gaming buy Creatives, they are very cheap consindering how good they are. BOSE is very good option too (the AE2 is seems to be very good choise for you) It depends that do you want to buy headphones that fit for gaming (7.1 headphones are so good) or do you just want to listen to music

It keeps saying it has swap cable system, does it mean detachable? here's a link: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Sennheiser+-+Over-the-Ear+Headphones+with+swap-cable+system+-+Satellite+%26+Black/2989131.p?id=1218374324536&skuId=2989131&st=Sennheiser%20detachable%20cable&cp=1&lp=1 also for gaming headsets, I looked into those (I was fine until my bird chewed up my Turtle Beach X12 wires) And I am going to look into those in the future, just not thinking about those right now. If u know any least expensive wireless gaming headset (has game sound, I play black ops 2 at night most of the time) please tell me.

This is very good gaming headset, I have one for myself and it works perfectly. These also fit to listening music very well. http://www.creative.com/corporate/pressroom/releases/welcome.asp?pid=13284
