Did they really speak Russian the whole time? MGS3

In mgs3 Ocleot tells Naked Snake(Soon to be big boss)that he speaks russin pertty good but thats the first time thy met and even tho there supposed to be russin thy have american accents and speak english.so do u think there speaking english in game just so we can understand it?also how did mgs3 change your view on Raidain(Jack) with Volgin and Ivan tht was really shocking if u played mgs3 thn ull know wht i mean

Yeah, They were speaking English just so we could understand them. In-game they would be speaking Russian.

 

Also, that guy wasn't Raiden, considering you can kill him, and he is too old to be Raiden.

Raiden is in his late 20 early 30s in mgs 1 so it cant be him

Well MGS3 was a prequel to the first two and took place in the 60's so it's not possible for raiden to have existed anyways.

It's all so we can understand ._. and Actually that guy if you stay till the end of the credits I think it was..theres an audio clip where hes on the phone ;3 and he's Adam sooo hes American 83

Unless you somehow consider Metal Gear Raiden: Snake Eraser canon.
