I know most of Megaman fans have seen this already by now

 

in an interview with Nintendo Power,Capcom USA Vice President Christian Svennson has said the following as a response to Nintendo's power question about the future of Megaman

 

I can say with certainty that you’ve not seen the last of the Blue Bomber on consoles and handhelds, and, with luck, we’ll be celebrating his 50th anniversary, including all of the games you’re going to enjoy over the next 25 years. That said, an issue we’ve had in the past has been talking about games and announcing them before we’re certain they’re going to come out, which unfortunately has led to profound disappointment for many fans. So for now, I’m going to have to stay mum about any details

 

 

 

As much as I want this to be true,I just can't believe a word of what they said.Not only they've canceled 3 games(Legends 3,Universe,Rockamn Online) and made that shitty iOS game.But they haven't prepared ANYTHING to celebrate the 25th anniversary in December.

 

Their dirty record of On-Disc DLC's,PR lies,blaming the fans and insutling them,poorly made games......etc,And they expect me and countless other fans to believe this????????

 

I won't believe it until I see it wiith my eyes.I don't want words,I want actions

 

I just can't believe those satans of gaming industry until I see it with my own eyes.

I don't trust Capcom. Legends 3 was shaping up to be something good, a game with a large fanbase, and an entire forum made just so fans could help shape how the game would work. And then Capcom went and cancelled it saying 'It didn't get enough support' or something.

If they do make another Megaman game, good for them.

HA! I'll believe it when i see it. Let's face it, Capcom has become complete shit now. Ever since Inafune left Capcom thy haven't made anything good since then. All they do now is just port the same game over and over again on different consoles (Super Street Fighter IV), make lame and really cool DLC, and f*cked up Megaman. So I am dissapointed with Capcom and officially done dealing with all their bullshit. They are just getting worse and worse every minute and NOW look what they are doing. They are ruining what used to be "Resident Evil" which I can't even call it that anymore because the series is no longer a survivor horror game. All you do in the new ones is shoot shoot shoot. And they think putting Zombies in it to make it like CoD's zombies will make it better? Puh-lease Capcom.

 

I am officially done and disappointed with Capcom. I bet you that they will make Megaman's 50th anniversary complete shit seeing the new direction they're taking. As i said before, they have made crap games and let down their fans. Oh, and let';s not forget the lovely Megaman legends 3 that they decided to cancel for no reason. Oh wait, there was a reason

If I remember correctly, they said it was because there "wasn't much fan support" even though it was right in front of their face that there were plenty of fans hyped for the game. Everything about the game was promising and awesome. Especially when they asked fans to create characters and enemies. Now THAT was something I was looking forward to. But no, Capcom messed it up.

 

So perhaps if they, oh I don;t know, bring back Megaman Legends 3 and Megaman X. Then maybe just MAYBE i will forgive them. but until then, I hate Capcom for everything they've done.

I really don't have much of hope for Capcom anymore.. I haven't been able to enjoy their newest games and they just firetruck up their fans with their DLC policy.

I have high hopes for DmC 5 though, it looks really good to me. They have promised that there won't be disc locked content, but I'm not gonna believe until I see it myself.

well to tell the truth i hate new capcom after they took dmc from being a ps exculsive i hated them but im a lover and a hard core fan of dmc so its the only game of theres ill buy now and besides iv played the demo and its stayed true to dmc's root it didnt fail me and im hopeing that the rest of the game doesnt fail me besides there giving alot with dmc's preorder
