OC is a classic I wouldn't want to lose and I like fighting the Titans, Mirage arena awards you though with medals and I think was well suited to BBS. Now, a merging of both (in KH3 or a future game not a remake) with the OC rewarding you "olympic medals"/"gold"/"bedazzling god dust" when you complete a battle, and being able to buy rare items (I long for a system where all those extremely rare synthesis material are available in a medal shop) with it. deathrebirthsenshi 279 Posted November 16, 2012 Mirage Arena was more fun. It annoyed me slightly that it's just there, floating in space, with no explanation, but I easily got over it. Music is less annoying, there are sometimes different arenas, not as long a wait between matches, multiple waves of enemies per round...having it not have a plot and just sort of exist as a video game mechanic actually makes it better in most ways. Nweintraub 630 Posted November 16, 2012 I just don't like the mirage arena not having any story because, they kicked Laguna out so he could be in Dissidia 012. I also hate how they kicked Yuffie, Tifa, Aerith, Cid, Cloud & Squall out of the game. & During its creation, I actually thought that The Jungle Book world would actually be in the game. Pyrrha Nikos 1,162 Posted November 17, 2012 (edited) The Mirage Arena is easily my favorite, as well as the Colosseum from Kingdom Hearts. They both gave excellent performances with every new boss introduced in each in each stage I've won and both arenas brought a different spice of challenge. Although the fact I couldn't pause during a battle in the Mirage Arena annoyed the heck out of me and the fact that the Colosseum halted the player to earn EXP, the prizes they give out after every tournament I won were very useful on the field.
