I suppose they could still look different outside of the dream worlds but to be honest, I think that roxas ages the same as sora and xion ages the same as roxas and sora is still the same as in KH2 so I dont think there gonna grow anymore. It'd look weird tbh to see Ven as a grown male with a bunch of teenage kids. In the Realm of darkness time flows slowly (shown in the ending of BBSFM), so Aqua wouldn't have aged much, Terra's possessed body wouldn't I suspect, Ven's coma might have stopped his aging, and I reckon those inside Sora's heart's aging was also halted.
