Did they post Neptune's weapon's name yet?

They said they didn't know what to call it yet either.

Also, boob physics are crazy. That was a pretty important thing to note.

Yang Xiao Long, of all people, forgets to talk about boobs. I've let you guys down.

Finally caught up with you guys. It's tough being barely able to access RWBY at all.

Soo uhh did I hear that free RoosterTeeth members get to watch RWBY early, too? And what time?

EDIT: Nevermind, I scrolled through and found that Ruby said we get to watch a half-hour early.

Alright, I'm gonna introduce my first Emerald & I review! So, I'll be reviewing the episode as normal, but when my font color changes like this, I'll be rping as Emerald. Got it? Move on already, get this stupid thing you dragged me along for started! Fine!

Episode 12: Extracurricular

So we get started with a wonderful scene with Pyrrha, getting prepped for battle, with little flashes of the action to come. That was an excellent production design. Fun and fresh. And pretty cool. Eh, it was passable. They could have made it better, if they had shown Pyrrha's prep a little more and the flashes been a bit shorter. Well, in any case, the following action scene is one of my favorites. It showed off Pyrrha's style in more detail, as well as illustrated how truly adept she is at combat. Fighting and defeating the entirety of Team CRDL is quite impressive if you ask me. Wasn't that impressive. I could have done it in my sleep. I'm sure you could have, but it was still cool. I also enjoyed seeing her weapon style. She has a kind of soldier motif if you ask me. The round shield and spear are known as Greek Hoplite weaponry (or a Spartan's weaponry if you don't know what a Hoplite is) and the javelin was essential to the Roman legion, though it was known as a pilum back then. Her rifle reminded me of an old time soldier's rifle, like one used in the civil war. Overall, seeing a cool weapon theme like a soldier's used so gracefully and by an individual when such weapons were meant to be used by large armies was awesome. I just thought it was cool that she threw her shield like Captain America. Okay, that was neat too. Moving on to Pyrrha against Mercury. Goodness gracious that was cool. Yeah, Merc kicked her butt didn't he? I wouldn't put it that way. Both were holding back. It was early fight, against opponent's that they hadn't seen fight before, it seemed like they were testing each other, prodding to see what the other was capable of. And once Mercury got that information, he backed off. He got what he came for, why stay any longer? That's true. At least he did so humorously. I also thought your shrug-off of Ruby pretty funny. Uggggh, she is so annoying. I cannot wait to kick her butt. Soon after that scene, we see Blake reject Sun. Harshly. Like, she wasn't even nice about it. Poor Sun. If you ask me, Blake was in the right there. You guys shouldn't be worrying about something like a dance when you have people like us on the loose. Not that you'll be able to do anything anyway. Still! Blake shouldn't push herself so hard. You can see the bags under her eyes. This is illustrated further in the next scene, where Yang, Weiss, and Ruby try to get Blake to go. We also learn that Weiss and Yang will be planning the dance. Blake ends up storming off, pissed at her teammates for being so light with the situation. Soon after that, we get a humorous exchange with Jaune singing and paying the guitar to try and get Weiss to go with him. If I have to hear his singing one more time, I swear I'll stab him. Or shoot him. Whichever is faster. Well then. Moving along to Pyrrha and Jaune's training. I'm really glad that Jaune is progressing. I'm not so glad that Jaune is blind. I mean, seriously blind. Come on doofus, Pyrrha obviously likes you, and wants you to ask her. So do it! That boy is so clueless he'd climb a glass wall to see what was on the other side. That's mean. That's true. *sigh* Moving along, we see Mercury, Cinder, and you hanging out. Conversing about Pyrrha. From this conversation, it is made clear that Mercury was seriously holding back. We also get an insight on their plan. They hope to eliminate the strong warriors from Beacon and visiting one by one, thus erasing any threat to the ulterior motive. You might have figured out a little bit, but you're still missing a lot. You know, that reminds me. With all this talk about the dance, who are you going with? Why should I tell you? Come on, please? Nope. I'll tell you that Mercury knows though. Go bother him. Okay! Mercury! Will you tell me?

Wow, I really liked today's Episode!  It was awesome seeing Pyrrha show her exceptional combat skills, and I thought she looked splendid!  And not to mention that Mercury fought awesomely!  And Emerald appeared in this Episode, which is a big plus! :D  Wow, but seriously, Blake's letting everything get to her head.  She can't even take a breather for crying out loud!  Poor Sun!  He must have felt like trash after Blake rejected him like that.  And you know, Jaune is a stupid dummy at times.  It's obvious Pyrrha has strong feelings for him, but he doesn't even notice.  Ha, by the time he realizes her feelings for him, it'll probably be too late.  And I just love Cinder, she's so sinister!

On another note, where the hell is Adam!  I want him to appear already! D:

I didn't feel like trash.

You know, it was more like dumpster bags filled with rotted bananas that nobody ate.
