The only collecters edition of a game that I have purchased is the Mark of Mastery edition of KH3D and I think it was well worth it.

I have played over 60 PS3 games but never bought a collectors edition of any game. I don't know why but even for my favourite games I never bought the collector's edition. I guess it's always the price that stops me from getting it... But I will surely atleast get a collector's edition of my upcoming favourite game in 2013.

Anyways, KH 3D MoM, Pokemon HG with the Pokewalker now that Sora mentioned it, and something else that I can't put my finger on... If bundles/buy it on day 1, get extra goodies counted, then that would be Pokemon Pearl, Platinum, HG, Black/White, Black/White 2, KH 358/2 Days, and KH Re: Coded. Got to love Nintendo World.
