It's not that this inspires me to be an all evil being or anything like that. It inspires me to wonder if this is true, then are we all destined for darkness not matter how much we try to stay in the light?

This one makes me think life is a very long road and in order to progress and achieve what you desire, you must give something up in return. That's the price we pay for moving forward....for me it's my memories. I have ADD and no working long term memory so I forget things (it's very annoying when I can't remember info for a test) and memories a lot of the time. For me to move on and make new memories I must lose (or forget) the older ones....even if I'm not ready.
