There will be some sort of HUGE cliffhanger at the end, probably the biggest of the series. Then the wait for KH 4 will happen. Square will start work on FF 15, 15-2, 15-3, and probably 15-4 before we even hear a WORD about KH 4.

 

I honestly won't be surprised if I'm 30 before this series ends.

I think KH3 is more of a conclusion, reducing the prominence of assorted original characters so Nomura can introduce new ones in KH4+, without turning the series into utter madness. I doubt we'll meet our new main villain knowingly, with the exception of a secret clip, more like those from KHI or II, where we see familiar elements/characters but in a new setting fighting unknown enemies.

The secret movie will be young Xehanort standing on the beach at Destiny Islands. He will then say "This world is to small" and we will yell whaaaaaaaaaaaaat.

Yeah, I know. But there's (probably, most likely) going to be another humongous wait for KH 4 because they're going to be working on FF 15...Ugh, just the thought.

KH3 I don't think will end in a cliff hanger, even though they're continuing the series afterwards it's the official conclusion to the "Xehanort saga". Any hints or teasers to future KH games will be left up to the secret ending.

I agree, any kind of cliffhanger would be in the secret ending, Nomura confirming that KH3 is the last of the Xehanort arc. So I'm guessing that any kind of reveal about the new villain would be in the secret ending. ^^
