Jason1 105 Posted October 9, 2012 (edited) I took a nap a few hours ago, and had a dream about Kingdom Hearts that I thought would be interesting to share here. It took place in a castle, much like Hollow Bastion in the first game. It all took place on one floor, but this floor's architecture was very unique, and the placement of different objects played a role in the entire "story". The dream was a third-person video game, so I was controlling the main male character, who was not Sora, but a character I couldn't make out. Maybe myself? I can't say for sure; most likely a figure of my subconscious. The most outer part of the castle floor was a balcony, and I remember the time of day being sundown. The balcony was supported with pillars, and there was a small gate lining it. It also curved around the inner foundation, because the castle was shaped like a cylinder, rather than a rectangular prism. I think a better word than cylinder is tower. There were other people helping me, but I can't remember who they were. Now on the side opposite to the balcony were different doors, staring from the left, and ending on the right. Each door led to a different location, and each door had some type of mystery to reveal. The "story" of my dream was that there was some type of memory, or revelation to awaken for Sora, Riku, and Kairi. There was a main antagonist to stop, a woman that I can only remember as having blonde hair and wearing a suit, who was had a very conniving, very devious attitude. She was also very clever, and she exploited her ability for evil. It sounds a bit like Larxene, but this was a different person. There were many, many other antagonists that were under her control. One example was two tall men who were twins, and they also wore matching orange jumpsuits that extended above their heads, much like a mascot's uniform, only revealing their faces, haha. I also think they were wearing large, oversized gloves, to use for attacking. I'll tell you about more antagonists as they appear. Each door led to a different location, but that's not all. It also led to a different point in Sora, Riku, and Kairi's childhood. Each door had access to time travel. or maybe, memory travel? It's too vague to remember fully. You would find Sora, Riku, and Kairi at different ages, beyond each door. One was as the small children we know from Birth by Sleep, but I also found them as 11-12 years old, so in the middle of Birth by Sleep and the first Kingdom Hearts. When I found them at that age, they were all wearing japanese kimonos, haha. I also found them at present age, and that's where they would join for the final fight, that I'll talk about after talking about the doors. After walking through the first door, you meet Sora at the same age as the first Kingdom Hearts, and he becomes the main character to control. The door leads to Castle Oblivion, where there are a number different challenges that you complete before moving on to the next door. In my dream, I happened to be placed in a later time period of this story, so I didn't go through it in real time, but I still knew what happened. Though each door, you're constantly meeting different characters from different animes, but I couldn't remember them exactly. They all come to your aid, and become your friends. Once you finish whatever obstacle there is at Castle Oblivion, it immediately begins to collapse, and you have to get out before you're crushed in the destruction. Once your out, your no longer controlling Sora, but that other original character, and you can proceed to the next door, where you find Sora, Riku, and Kairi, in their japanese kimonos. They're in a very secluded white house, surrounded by a grass field. The house is Western-style, much like a beach house, where Sora, Riku, and Kairi meet the original character. He explains his journey, and they join him, exiting through the door, leading to the castle. After this point is where my memory is weakest. I don't know exactly what takes place, but I do know that the character goes through more doors, or maybe just one door, meets more characters, defeats more antagonists, and finds the present-age Sora, Riku, and Kairi. After doing this, they go to the door on the farthest right, which leads to long row of stairs, appearing to lead to the highest point of the tower. Before the final battle, and unlocking these memories, or revelations, there is one obstacle that stands in the way. At the top of these stairs, there is a small gate, and on the other side of the gate, is a small, cute looking kitten. What you find out though is that this kitten is a highly skilled fighter, working for the girl in the suit. At some point through the story, you meet a kitten that befriends you and becomes a loyal companion. This kitten fights off the evil kitten, defeating it, giving you access to the final room. But entering the room isn't as easy as just walking in. There's a very complicated, secret way of entering, and there are some things you have to do, and locations you have to re-enter. In my dream, I actually re-entered Castle Oblivion, which was in mid-collapse. You can only step in for a few seconds, then you have to exit right away, or you'll be crushed. Now I was about to figure out the way to get in, and find the missing revelation, but then I woke up. coolwings 1,546 Posted October 9, 2012 lol. You have really strange dreams and I am surprised how much you remember from them, and in detail, I hardly ever remember much from my dreams.
CloakedSchemerX 1,011 Posted October 9, 2012 Nice dream, I actually made a thread about KH dreams/nightmares I had a nightmare. I'll copy/paste from my thread... (Not nearly as elaborate as yours but anyways): When I was 6 years old, I started to play the series so obviously began with KH1. A few weeks after I beat it I actually had a nightmare. I was just out in the street, the sun was setting, the area had a dim orange aura with the sun as it was going down. Shadows began to appear and I got a keyblade. As awesome as it was, note that I was 6 and apparently my brain used that fact as in the heartless would genuinely hurt me. I was ambushed so I killed a few and began to run. I saw my parents' hearts taken and they became knights, now after me. I was able to hit and run, killing a lot of heartless. When the sun finally set, a Darkside appeared and punched that hole in the floor, releasing shadows. I kept swinging the keyblade but the shadows outnumbered me and took my heart. When I woke up though, I felt A LOT of pain. Not the worst I've ever had but I was genuinely hurt.

I hope you have a new dream where you go into Final Form along side Sora and Riku and completely demolish an army of heartless haha Last night I had another dream about Kingdom Hearts! Now this one was real messed up, so I knew I had to share it on here. And this time, I can recall some dialogue that was said during it The dream was in third person perspective, so it was like I was watching a movie. I was watching the events of the first Kingdom Hearts, but the story was different. It was altered, and things were taking place much differently than the actual game. However, there were still some elements that were sustained. I don't remember the first part clearly, and the only thing I can recall is Mickey being there. And for some reason, when I think about it more, Agrabahd comes to mind. Maybe it was there? I can't say for sure. After that, I remember seeing Sora, Mickey, and some other people at the Hollow Bastion castle. They were in front of the keyhole that Xehanort's Heartless used to spread the darkness, where the famous "Sora's sacrifice" scene takes place. Next, I remember watching a flashback, at a location I can't remember, where Donald, Goofy, and what appeared to be Mickey, or possibly Oswald the Lucky Rabbit (I'm not completely sure) were slowly walking, looking around carefully. They appeared as they did in the classic black and white cartoons, so just like they were in Timeless River during Kingdom Hearts II. Suddenly, Mickey appears, but in his present form. His clothes are the same, except they are a colored light blue and gray. And this is the weirdest part... He's acting as an antagonist, attacking Donald, Goofy, and the classic Mickey. He begins to rise up into the air, and an orb forms around him, ironically looking exactly like the one Pete uses. Then he yells out, "Taste the fury!!!" (...O_o) That's when the flashback ends, and I see Sora and the gang back at Hollow Bastion. At that point, it's revealed that Riku is there, and he is in his dark form. I'd like to remind you that Mickey is also there with Sora and the gang, which is strange because he was also in the flashback attacking Donald, Goofy, and what could have possibly been the classical rendition of himself. This probably means that the conflict in this "story" was possibly a duplicate Mickey, who's working for the antagonists? A replica, like Riku in Chain of Memories? Since his orb is just like Pete's, maybe that means he is working with him? I'm not sure There's some dialogue, and then I can remember Sora looking back at everyone, and saying in encouraging tone, "C'mon! We have to rescue Donald, Goofy, and Jiminy..." After that, the whole group runs out. Mickey stays behind and pulls out his keyblade, in order to seal the giant keyhole where the darkness was flowing out of. Another strange thing about in this dream is that he was using the Road to Dawn Keyblade, that Riku uses in Kingdom Hearts II. Now before he gets the chance to seal the keyhole, Riku, swoops down and picks him up, leaving the keyhole open. Although he never says anything, I know that the reason why he does this is because if the keyhole was sealed, the darkness would stop flowing, prohibiting Riku from using his dark form. He wants to use that form to help Sora and the gang, but he's a protagonist in this game. After they all run out, the "camera" pans across the entire room, then around the furthest wall, into another room directly beside that one. The walls, floor, and several tables, arranged in columns were all wooden, suggesting it was a cabin. Inside were a group of people, wearing black, hooded, coats. The organization! All of their hoods were up, so I couldn't see any of their faces. First, I see one of them walking down the middle of room, and then, he opens his mouth to speak. "Now why wouldn't he close the DTD?" I recognized the voice. It was Axel! After he says that, Xaldin responds. "Slippery little one, ain't he?" Now they were about to go into further conversation, but then my alarm went off Edited November 19, 2012 by Jason1 1 Weiss reacted to this
