King Riku 2,063 Posted October 3, 2012 http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2012/10/more_3ds_download_titles_coming_to_japans_eshop Wow, seems Nintendo is finally getting with things now. Although I much prefer the psychical copy, it is nice that Nintendo are listening. From November 1st, Japanese 3DS owners will be able to download copies of Mario Tennis Open, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games, Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land, Star Fox 64 3D, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and Pilotwings Resort. 1 Queen Tery reacted to this
Weiss 8,279 Posted October 3, 2012 This is great news to hear. I personally prefer physical copies but downloading games is pretty much how it's done nowadays.
VanitasisKirby 1,227 Posted October 3, 2012 *wishes she had a japanese 3DS* This really is good to hear! 8D Although I prefer to have a physical copy, instead of a downloadable game.
Kirux 1,224 Posted October 3, 2012 I feel like those games just came out. What about all the old DS that are hard as hell to find (looking at you TWEWY) Or better yet old GBA games. Or even better yet, old GB and GBC games. Come on nintendo, really listen to your fans. Do you know how much money you'd make off the older pokemon games? A lot. SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY. It saves a lot of space. 1 Queen Tery reacted to this

You cannot find physical copies of older GB/GBC/GBA games for any sort of reasonable price offline, and they aren't carried in stores.

A glimmer of hope. Apparently, Nintendo are also releasing something to transfer data between physical and digital copies, for those who want to make the switch. Too bad the only three titles that article named were "Super Mario Ball, Mario Golf Advance Tour, and Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga" nothing I really care about. Mystics Apprentice 2,397 Posted October 6, 2012 I wonder if they'll lower the price for digital copies, since they won't have to deal with the cost of manufacturing? Probably not, but it'd sure be nice if they did! On a side note, I also prefer physical copies over digital ones. I've lost far too many digital files in my lifetime to feel comfortable in relying on a memory stick to hold a $39 game purchase!

I also haven't had an issue with games that I've downloaded (but I've only been at it for about a year), but I've had a heck of a time with my camera's memory sticks. They become no longer readable overtime, though I'm really not sure why... It's not like they're being manhandled...er, exactly, hehe.

Two days ago, I found my Mario Kart 7 game in the back of a drawer of scissors, screwdrivers, tape, and other random tools. I don't know either. Doesn't work well with portable games for me. Also, I didn't put it there. I think my dad did that.
