The chat is usually used in sessions.

The chat does not keep going around the clock.

Plus, people usually use Pms and one-on-one chats anyway.

Its kinda always been that way . I think most people are chatting in other private ways or on stats ...Especially the random new people that LOVE to IM me on chatbar ......

Nowadays people use group PMS and Skype and Tinychat.
