Music Tied within Memory

Ok so I was just sitting in my room chilling, doing some art projects while listening to KH series soundtracks when I found myself daydreaming and thinking of memories. So I guess my question to you guys is....do you have a favorite song or soundtrack in the series? Are there any memories attached to the music? For example, every time I hear the Timeless River theme I always think of Sora being super confused about which Pete is the evil one (Sora you're adorable and all but geeze). Another song is Traverse Town....it always reminds me of waltzing down the street to the tune...and dying multiple times fighting the Guard Armor -__-* One of my favorite songs is The Afternoon Streets....it reminds me of how simple being a kid is and all the summers I enjoyed.

 

The memory and music don't have to completely relate to the scene/world it's from. It could be your reactions, experiences, feelings, etc. I apologize if there is already a thread like this. Sooooo onward with the musical memories!!

 

P.S. I have a feeling someone will mention something about Atlantica sooner or later.....

I love Hand in Hand. It makes me feel like I'm still at the beginning of some grand adventure, and that everything is going to work out all right in the end. Sometimes I think I need to be reminded that things will be ok, and that life can be wonderful if you insist that it will be, no matter what happens to you.

I love listening to Santuary (the closing). It reminds me of the times Roxas, Axel, and Xion would be together on the Clock Tower, eating Sea Salt.

KH music is the ONLY music i listen to. To the point that whenever my family turns on the radio i cover one ear and listen to KH music in the other.

In terms of my favorite KH song, in changes all the time. Right now my favorite song has got to be the "Drammatica" version of "The other Promise" It is so epic.

......I think my heart just cried and burst open on my desk. I love these songs. It pains me to listen to Xion's Theme because it's so sad....a replica nobody who really truly wasn't meant to exist. A person fighting to live who can't so long as the other is there.

 

Sanctuary is also one of my favorite's...this game brought me my 2 best friends and this is the song I associate that with. It's so beautiful.

When the music from Agrahbah comes on, it makes me want to dance for some reason....it's catchy. And the Halloween Town music...zomg I sing to it whenever I'm in that world...it's so fun!

Any version of Roxas' theme I hear makes me think of the Sora vs. Roxas match in KH 2 FM. It was one of the best battles in the series.
