KH3D Regarding the first trailer for the game

Anyone else thinks that they should've kept some things as they were?

Flowmotion seems a lot more fast paced, the cutscene with the balloons was perfect for the 3DS and Riku seeing Sora drop is kinda neat.

I can't believe I never noticed heartless in this trailer. ._. I think the Flowmotion looks better here actually, and id love to See Riku see Sora, and them fighting Xemnas and Ansem in Traverse Town

Flowmotion was white and I think the attacks Riku does are much better than the drill move or simple shockwave. There should have been a larger variety of possible Flowmotion attacks, and random to a certain point.

I also think the beginning should have shown Sora and Riku on Destiny Islands, perhaps a scene with Riku cutting his hair... Riku seeing Sora drop wouldn't make much sense, considering the reason for dropping, but I guess they culd have pulled it off. Not really necessary.

Honestly, I'm kinda glad they changed it up. I'm sick of the original outfits, the flowmotion still kinda rocked, and the twilight thorn had it's day. As for Sora dropping, it did happen technically, except it was Sora who saw it.

There was a cutscene where we saw raining Sora's in the game. It was used to explain how Sora has visited Traverse Town many times I think.

 

Twilight Thorn would have been cool to fight. Random but cool.

Hey I remember this trailer. When I firt saw this trailer I was very excited for the game. The flowmotion in this trailer looks a lot better than the flowmotion used in the final game. In the beta version there seems to be more variety of attacks used compared to the final game which just has the drill attack, and the shockwave attack. I was dissapointed that those were the only two attacks available in the game. But this flowmotion looks tons better and faster.

 

As for the scene with Sora jumping from the Bell Tower, I wish they kept that in the final game because it would've worked so well with the gyro controls on the 3DS. And I really hate how they replaced the Heartless and Nobodies that were originally intended for the game with Dream eaters. The Dream Eaters are my least favorite enemies in the series so. I miss fighting the Heartless and Nobodies.

No there wouldn't. The Heartless and Nobdies are kind of the main enemy of the series. Just like how Koopas and Goombas are the main enemies in Mario games. Not much people would complain about the Heartless being in DDD considering they're the most liked type of enemies.
