Canada is super great because THEY HAVE NATIONALIZED HEALTH CARE AND NO ONE BITCHES ABOUT IT. IN FACT, THEY LOVE IT AND APPRECIATE IT. I WANT TO BE CANADIAN.

Yes, it's happening and I believe it's a wonderful thing. However; a lot of people disagree but still make comments about other countries like Canada being awesome. They seem to not realise Canada has nationalised health care. It makes me giggle and infuriated at the same time.

National health care is all fine and dandy, if the country can afford it without raising taxes considerably which American cannot do.

 

Though there are downsides to nationalized health care, such as the extremely long waiting lists for life saving surgeries. It's gotten so bad that Canadians are coming into the US to receive surgery simply because they would be long gone by the time their turn for surgery is up.
