"This one is goin down!" Screamed Xavier running up to the giant soultaker, and starting to slash at it. The soultaker brushed Xavier off like it was nothing. " guess I need to toughen up a bit!" Xavier said after sitting up from the fall.

Kathy: I looked at Sora and he had a dead set look in his eyes. I smiled and looked at him. "I'm better with healing." I said. "So I'll get Tod and Copper outta here and come back." I said and put Tod on my back. "Come on Copper." I urged. "Let's go somewhere safer." I looked back and Sora and quickly got out with Tod and Copper in tow. I set Tod down and quickly healed him. "Good job helping your friend Tod. Copper watch him and make sure he dosen't do anything stupid." Copper: "Rodger." Kathy: "Thanks." I said and ran back into the barn.

~Radiant Garden~

 

(Riku): "Right", as Riku, Edmond & Leon where almost finished destroying the rest of the Soultakers, someone appeared in a black coat, and lifted up his hood it was Ansem but he had a strange symbol on his chest and it wasn't the heartless symbol. (Riku): "How can this be?, your suppose to be dead!". Then Ansem lifted up his arm and even more soultakers appeared and then Ansem, without saying anything disappeared into a white portal. (Riku): "come on lets finish these things quickly!".

 

~Farming Grounds~

 

Sora was having a hard time fighting the big bear Soultaker as he wasn't feeling like himself, he needed help fast as he started to get beat by the Soultaker.(Sora): "Why do i feel so weird, it must be because i haven't done much training after we defeated xehanort, O'well can't do much about it know, LETS GO SOULTAKER!".

 

~Traverse Town~

 

As Raigel, Mickey, Xavier & Lea where fighting the big Soultaker, Lea noticed a stranger wearing a black coat looking down at them from a roof top. (Lea): "HEY YOU UP THERE YOU MUST BE THE ONE THATS CONTROLLING THIS SOULTAKER". Lea went for an attack but then the stranger lifted up his hood and it was Roxas but with a strange symbol on his chest, Lea was shocked to see his face and ended up getting knocked down to the ground by Roxas's Oblivion keyblade. Then without saying anything, Roxas disappeared into a white portal and left an injured Lea and the rest to fight the big Soultaker.

Kathy: I ran into the the barn and saw Sora was pale. "S-Sora! ARe you okay!" I asked and point my keyblade at the Soultaker. I quickly casted a fire spell at the Soultaker. "Sora if you want to take him down do it now." I said giving a hint to Sora.

Xehanort. Again.I'm starting to think the only way to destroy him for good is to unwrite him for reality, apparently he shrugs off mere death.

 

Sam:

I started showing more confidence in my attacks, smiling, showing an increased confidence. 'Yeah Riku, we can handle this, you're a Keyblade master and I've got the experience from the streets.'

"Why is this soultaker so hard to defeat?! It looks like it's not even taking damage from my blows!" Xavier said as he kept pummeling the soultaker with attacks with his keyblade.

Edmond, Leon & Riku finally finished off the last of the Soultakers that where blocking the exit, (Leon): "Were did that guy in the black coat go? mm, never mind you two should find yen si... Wha?, What's happening to you both?". Just then Riku & Edmond where disappearing and they both vanished from the world Radiant Garden.

 

~Farming Grounds~

 

Sora saw that the fire spell that Kathy had cast on the Soultaker not only damaged it but distracted it too just enough for sora to strike the Soultaker's stomach, (Sora): "Take that haha". Which made the Soultaker exploded, after that Kathy healed Sora and Sora grabbed the shinny thing. They went to check on Tod & Copper and found them near a waterfall, they saw that Copper was protecting Tod from his master, Copper wouldn't move out of the way so his master could hurt Tod, the hunter then lowered his gun. Sora wanted to go make sure that Tod & Copper were ok but they both started to disappear and then they vanished from the world Farming Grounds.

 

~Traverse Town~

 

As Raigel was trying to find a weak point for the Soultaker, Xavier was knocked back and then the Soultaker started to take shape as Raigel's uncle Wallace. Raigel was shocked to see him. Mickey was trying to help Xavier by healing him and saw that Raigel was about to be attacked by the Soultaker, (Mickey): "HEY! WATCH OUT RAIGEL!". But in a flash the Soultaker had been destroyed by Lea's attack but Lea was still injured badly. Just then they all started to disappear (Mickey): "Hey? what's going on here?, this magic feels familiar". They vanished from the world Traverse Town.

 

~Mysterious Tower~

 

(Yen sid): "Sorry to have transported you all here against your will but i have some very important news about the Soultakers (Mickey): "So i was right, i new it was you who made us start to disappear". (Yen sid): that's right and i also feel i should share something with you all that i should have mentioned earlier and Kairi has been training with Xenok here while you all where away visiting other worlds, while Aqua & Ventus are still trying to find Terra, oh sorry i will answer any questions you might have too".

One thing people should be aware of when encountering Xenok on the battlefield: it always brings her bad side out. She glared at Kairi with such intensity that it felt as if it was melting right through her. The keyblade she held in her hand brought on memories she would rather have left unknown and that just fueled the anger inside. Xenok waited for Kairi to make a move, fully aware of this simply being training but she couldn't seem to stop herself from having such negative vibes.

"Well, maybe you can tell us why that creature we were fighting was different, i know we're fighting Soultakers, but, that beast didn't look like one." I said to Yen Sid.

Kathy:" How are Soultakers and Heartless alike? I noticed they can tend to do things quiet alike." I said. "Also I feel that Soultakers might poise a danger to Sora." I added almost like a after thought. I looked over to Sora and lipped 'sorry'.

"Yeah, mr. Magic Man! What was that stupidly huge thing that almost killed me?!" Xavier exclaimed towards Yensid.

~Chapter Three, The Mystery unravels~

~Mysterious Tower~

 

Mickey was healing Lea while Yen sid talked to everyone. (Yen Sid): "ah yes, i shall start with your question Sam, i use my magic to keep an eye on things that happen in all the worlds in case if anything would disturb the balance of the worlds i will know about it. As for both of your questions Xavier & Raigel, it's part of the reason i brought you all here, for me to tell you all that these Soultakers have the ability to transform into people that you hold close to your heart as well as people from your memories by absorbing you and that's why when Raigel saw that the Soultaker had taken shape as his uncle, it had absorbed a part of Raigel at some point but i'am not sure when.

 

As for your question Kathy, here's some more info that I've found out about the Soultakers, the Soultakers actually share traits with both the Heartless & the Nobodies, they are like a fused version of the two but they lack something but i don't know what it is, that is what i've come to understand. Kathy, you are right to be worried for your friends cause when the Soultakers start to absorb you, they can take something from you and keep it until they are destroyed, but that's all i know so far. (Sora): "No need to worry about me Kathy, after all i'am the one who took down Xehanort haha.

 

Meanwhile outside of the Mysterious Tower Kairi and Xenok where training but where interrupted by Ventus who collapsed onto the ground covered in injuries, (Kairi): "quickly lets help him, Xenok", so Xenok helps Kairi with Ventus and they start to bring him to Yen sid. (Yen sid): "Know i will tell you all something you need to hear, it's about the stranger you have all been wondering about for a while know i....".

 

Just then Kairi & Xenok come into the room and said (Kairi): "Yen sid Ventus is hurt and he says that aqua needs help fast on the world Disney Castle, it's under attack by over 1000 Soultakers and Terra is there too!". (Yen sid): you all must hurry now i will transport you all there know in the basement where the Gummi ship hangar is, know go!". So all went to Disney Castle to help Aqua out but Ventus as he was to hurt to go. (Yen sid): "No matter i will tell them later about the stranger mmmm". (mystery)

Clearly this mage has no respect for a right to privacy. I don't either, but I don't claim to be of pure morality. But regardless I'll need to find a way to render myself immune to his sight or otherwise distract him.Or perhaps even give him no reason to search for me.

Kathy: I give a little smile. "I geuss I'm fine. One Thousand seems like a big number. What makes it worest is how little anyone has fought the Soultakers and who's the man in the brown coat?" She asked.

"1000?! Well, I'll get 999 of them, you guys can split the last one up amongst yourselves!" Xavier said jokingly.

Xenok sighed quietly, pretty bummed that not much happened but kept the happy aura around her after the brief training with Kairi. She looked around at the other members and followed behind silently.

(Sora): Yar right Xavier, i'am gonna be the one to take them all out ha ha. Without saying any more Yen sid transported all but Ventus & Lea cause Lea wanted to make sure Ventus was all right, (Lea): "Oh i almost forgot, Yen sid i have something for you (Mystery).

 

~Disney Castle~

 

As everyone appeared in the basement of Disney Castle or better known as the Gummi ship hangar everyone could hear the noise of battle up above. (Sora): ALL right, lets get to wor... uh?", (Dale): "HEY! watch where you're going pale, you almost flattened us, (Chip): "Sora you need to be more careful of where you step ok", (Sora): "ah sorry i didn't see you down there, Hey wait what are you both doing down here anyway you both should be escaping from here. (Dale): "we can't, we left something special in the castle library and we need it get it". (Chip): but there are so many of those monsters out there we can't get to it and Aqua has already gone to try and get it but she hasent returned yet, will you help us?". (Kairi): "of course we will help you and all here on Disney castle too".(Dale): GREAT, we'll take the hidden passage that leads to the castle gardens. (Chip): "Follow me everyone".

I sent a quick message to my ship, I was going to be leaving soon, and it was imperative that I not be seen.

Kathy: I looked around me. "I can't say no." I said and followed after Dale and Chip. It's a little hard to follow something smaller than me. I thought. "I'm going to say it and be bold here, Chip, Dale, your tiny. I'm sorry. I'm just bring it up cuse I keep almost stepping on you two and I don't wanna you guys. Alright?" I asked. Please get the hint! I prayed in my head.

(Dale): "don't worry Kathy, we may be small but we have big hearts and that makes us feel tall ahaha". (Chip): "quiet Dale, we're almost there, just watch your step you guys". everyone come to the hidden door that leads out to the castle gardens. (Chip): "know wants we let you outside this door you all will need to fight your way to the castle's library while protecting us too".(dale): "the castle's library is also where the item we need to get is". (Kairi): "We can do this if we all work together", Kairi said as the hidden doors opened.
