~Zack~

"Is this supposed do be a tough question?" I scoffed. " The answer is relatively easy and is in front of all humans faces." I said trivialy. "You obviously kill the friend because deep down we all cannot be trusted. All humans are dark and untrustworthy it is just a matter of when they show it. If put in such a situation as kill or be killed your friend may hesitate or fight it at first, but in the end very few would give their lives up for yours. So this brings me back to the saying kill or be killed. You slash that liufeless shells throat with a knife and you get to live." I smiled a cryptic, and awry smile quite sufficed with my answer because really who knows humans better than me?

"Pff, I misjudged you boy." Estella sighed, her last projection fading away and her real self walking to Jake's house, vanishing her projection. "Tell me one thing, if you fail to tell me then I will attack." she smiled, her voice an odd dark. "Think long about this thing...." she laughed, "If assigned on a quest, would you help your friends if you were assigned to kill them? Would you kill hem? Would you befriend them, knowing that you would have to kill them?" she asked.

I wondered what was with this girl but didn't care so I kept walking with Techno by my side growling at the girl. But I already knew she was a threat I knew someone who looked harmless but in the end 'tried' to beat me up...It was also the last time I had a 'friend'.

(didn't you already ask Jake that?)

After the strange girl had evaporated from my appearance, I progressed to the park. The park was towards the middle of town and i lived in town so it was not very far away from my front yard. I walked down long roads and dark allys to arrive at the edge of the park where the woods lay.

"Nice to meet you too." I smiled at her. "You're a Night Runner. Have you came across anyone strange or suspicious? Telling you to come here with a letter..?" I asked, as I put my book away. I headed back to the lake directing her to folloe.

I saw the girl walk past me luckily and strated talking with the boy with a book. I didn't want to get invovled so I walked left of the river going to my favorite spot in the woods as Techno followed. After a few seconds we reached the destination the moon was shining on the water it made me want to enjoy the scenery and fall asleep but I didn't. I just stared and began to swim through my thoughts....

I felt eyes on me and realized the boy and girl saw me in my wolf form I quickly ran across the lake on all fours and ran into the darkness waited a little for Techno to catch up. And whispered, "Tell me if they follow ok?" He placed his left paw on my shoulder indicating he understood me and we quietly ran to the other side of the lake...

"No escaping me, I'm afraid." I casually slided my foot across the ground and moved the earth so that he was right in front of me, stuck to the ground. I looked up at him. "Is there a reason for trying to evade me?" I asked, tightening the earth a bit to nake sure he cant run away.

My head hit that and I saw my forehead running with my black blood, And I stood up writing n the wall. "Not really other that the fact you saw my ears and tail." I wrote with my tail jumping on top of the wall. Techno came back and saw the people and growled loudly until I whistled.

I cautiously looked at Techno then spoke. "Embarrassed? You are a NightRunner though." I quickly assumed. "You would have to meet us eventually." I muttered, looking at his ears and tail. "It looks like you could be a chimera..! Half wolf and half human, intriguing." I said, backing away, as he may very well be provoked after that.

"I've been in a group of people and no one saw me as if I was a ghost." But that was my nickname The Ghost Wolf, "I have been experimented on...." I said quietly, 'These people might be trust worthy....no...I can't trust anyone...' I thought to myself, "Don't worry I've been cautious about people but you seem trustworthy........"

"Shall we teleport all of the players to the lake?" Nike asked, disscused as a dove. "Yes, that would be smart..." Ares mumbled, also a bird.

I walked along, arriving near my school as I looked up to see two birds.

"Ah yet another strange question by yet another strange girl" I said unsurprised. " Well my answer to this question is yes I would go on the quest and try to complete it. Now some people might hesitate at this question merely because the consequence of failing is death. However I look at that obstacle as only a mere bump in the road. With such high stakes as death for failure to complete the quest there would surely be an even greater prize in the end for completing that task. Honestly death does not scare me cause I have nothing to lose nor gain through death. To die is to simply stop existing in which I would be put into eternal rest, and this would in a way be better than life itself because you would not have worries and the stresses of the world on your shoulders. So I would go on the quest because anything with the consequnce of death is much worth fighting and living for." I finished my answer and looked for the girls reaction.
