All right, this is for all of you guys, who are too much of a Sora fanboy to realize what has happened to him. It is clear to me that Sora is the real Vanitas. In bbs when Vanitas was born and Sora bonded with Ventus’s heart, Vanitas took on the appearance and personality of Sora. I mean come on it’s so blatantly obvious that I’m surprised it hasn’t been posted on here earlier.

Why do you think that Vanitas looked like Sora, it was foreshadowing. See what you guys fail to realize is that MX really was able to control Vanitas until Sora bonded with Ven’s heart and took on the persona of the real Sora who has been pulling the stings from that moment on.

 

Why do you think it took so little time for Sora to master the keyblade because he already mastered it as Vanitas. Also why do you think he was able to use three keyblades in the Final Mix fight against Ventus’s nobody Roxas. This is how MX and the other Xehanorts knew exactly when to enact their plan in DDD because Sora was telling them everything. I think they were really trying to recruit Riku but when he proved to be useless Sora staged his own kidnapping to throw off the scent.

If you still can’t except the facts, look at it this way what kinda of good guy imprisons other peoples hearts inside of him. Also when he found out that Nobodies had hearts he didn't give a single firetruck that he killed them EVIL I TELL YOU EVIL.

very weird theory vanitus looks like sora cuz because ven and sora touched hearts thts why roxas looks like ven etc. tht was a big reason for bbs to show the relationship with sora and ven and so on also xehanort only wants sora cuz hes normal not like riku who is immune to the darkness. master xehanort split ven to make vanitus because ven was to weak making vanitus pure evil. i think you have to re watch the cut scenes i'm pretty sure they actually say that please eat a HAT dude

There are lot of things wrong with this theory, I just don't know where to start, likeeee for example, Roxas is not Ven's nobody, and somehow Sora doesn't strike me as clever enough to stage his own kidnapping(no hard feelings for him or anything) Also I will not except these facts as they are not facts they're just a theory you made on a faulty premise of the real facts lol...

So what? even if he did turn evil any in of the future games, i would play as someone else within the series, maybe very well possibly Riku to stop Sora, since it was Sora after all who taught me about morals in the World alongside other heroes from other series but none more so then him.

Let me just say I am about as far from a Sora fanboy as you can get, but this theory is absurd.

We do not know when Vanitas took on Sora's appearance, except that it happened before the final portion of Birth by Sleep, before that we've only seen him with his mask. We have seen young Sora (6 i believe) and Vanitas, who looks like older Sora. So unless he was waiting in hibernation until Sora was old enough to look like him, your theory is flawed. The Keyblade is the single greatest Deus ex Machina known to man, an quadriplegic could master it in a day if the plot required it* He was able to use three Keyblades because he had the hearts of 4 Keyblade wielders in him, Roxas, Ven, Xion, and himself, so he could probably use 4. Maybe he'll use all the Ultima Keyblades at once. And they knew when to enact the plan, because Yen Sid is predictable, he'll send them to free the Sleeping Worlds as soon as possible.

Sora's the prison, not the imprisoner. The piece of scum who imprisoned hearts in Sora is DiZ. He's basically pure evil. But as for not caring about the Nobodies... Yeah, that's just plain evil, but I think it proof as it being Sora, Vanitas has more of a conscience.

4.Master Xehanort the master of predictions. Knowing when to start 3D doesn't account for the preparations from KH1.

5.Xehanort directly stated that they were planning to recruit Riku. Sora wouldn't have had to stage anything.

6.Sora never "imprisoned" anybody. Ventus just took refuge there;Roxas and Xion were placed there while he was asleep, so blame DIZ for that.

7.I wouldn't consider killing Nobodies evil when they were the ones hurting innocents and they just end up being recompleted anyway.

This is the best I can give you:

 

At the beginning of BBS, Xehanort brings Ventus to Destiny Islands (this is indeed before Ventus was even introduced to Terra or Aqua as it would make little sense to have been that way around and he's with Xehanort), there, Ventus meets with the heart of Sora, whom decides to share a part of it with Ventus being as generous as he is. When Xehanort couldn't get Ventus to use the darkness he extracted it from Ventus, creating Vanitas, who looked like Sora because Sora had shared his heart with Ventus. In the end Vanitas is defeated and Ventus ASKS to stay in Sora's heart for awhile as he was so generous to have given him a "place to stay" before. Ventus wasn't imprisoned inside Sora's heart, nor is Sora a prison, as it isn't his fault. YX is just saying that to mess with Sora in DDD. But this is solidly pulled straight from BBS (I did a Proud Mode playthrough with the intention of 100% *obtaining the secret ending* it and was very successful in doing so), plus that was recent so I remember all of it.
