As their is time travel that has been added to the equation and the fact that Gallagher is voicing YX and riku... There now is a chance that they might be the same person... Since David admitted himself that he isn't skilled enough to create a totally different voice and still sound good, like Haley does with Vanitas, they had to find someone else to do it, because he sounded too much like Riku. Besides, your theory isn't even possible. He grew up on Destiny Islands like 50 years ago, and didn't even learn to time travel until he was much older... Susanne Blakeslee voices Maleficent, The Queen (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs) and Lady Tremaine. Now, the only thing those three have in common is the fact that they're all villains.
