KH Story & possible Game Theory's (SPOILERS!)

Well just a few theories to spit out.

 

FAIR WARNING THIS WILL BE SPOILER HEAVY.

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

 

 

Ok so I think we will see a few more games before Kingdom Hearts 3, OR Kingdom Hearts will continue on to 4 & 5.

 

First off I think the 7 Keyblade guardians (the 7 princess are to be protected by the 7 keyblade weilders) are:

 

1. Sora - Not yet a keyblade master (Possible Game)

2. Riku - Keyblade master KH:DDD

3. Kairi - Not Yet a Keyblade master (Possible Game)

4. Mickey - Keyblade Master (Unknown story possible Prequel.)

5. Aqua - Keyblade master - KH BBS

6. Ventus - Not yet a keyblade master (Possible Game)

7. Lea - Not yet a keyblade master (Possible Game)

 

 

Of these 7 we know that Riku, Mickey & Aqua are the only keyblade masters.

 

I think we will see a game played thru Kairi and her journey to becoming a keyblade master, possibly ending in her rescueing Aqua from the realm of darkness. As well as another game of Sora, rescuing Ven & giving him back his heart making him a keyblade master. Possibly being the same game, while we switch back and fourth between chars.

 

Then we could see a game where Lea & Ventus team up, and tackle the mark of mastery exam together, or separate exams same game like Sora/Kairi.

 

 

I dont think that Terra will become himself again untill the very end of the story, as he is being controlled by the main antagonist, it'd be pretty anti-climatic imo.

 

 

After we get those 2 games, I think that we will finally get KH 3 which would be the 7 Keyblade weilders protecting the 7 pure hearts vs. the 13 forms of darkness AKA the many forms of Xehanort and his apprentices.

(how ever they number it with the release of the other 2 hypothetical games)

What? We don't need a game for each person with a keyblade to become a master

In fact, EVERYBODY doesn't need to be a master

And about there being other games before KH3... have you missed the very explicit secret messages at the end of DDD?

Also, it's confirmed tat KH3 will be the end of the Xehanort saga, but not the end of the franchise.

You never know. They could add a little side game about Kairi somewhere before or after III, kind of like 358/2 came out after KHII. I think it'd be really fun to have a Kairi game, but that secret message was pretty explicit about #III, so who knows.

 

Everyone is, of course, completely entitled to their own opinions at this point. It has been hard to tell what is coming next with KH games thus far, anyway. So lets be polite about it, at least. ^‿^

yea what hatok said i love kh but i wouldnt buy any of those games listed above there short sub plots that can just be put into kh3d plus doing 4 mark of mastery tests would be boring.

that just confirms that there will be a KH3, not that its going to be the next game released in KH. The KH series is pulling in all sorts of cash for square, so I am sure they will milk it for everything its got, which is why I think they would make new games.

 

Also that message, makes me think they will remaster the first 2, with the release of the 3rd.

 

Also, we don't have a full Organization XIII, so I could see other games to introduce, or explain the new members of the 13.

 

Edit: Also, Keyblade weilders who are not masters, are students, if im not mistaken. Those 2 games would be more to pull the plot along.

 

Think about it, we jump right into KH3 now, the Great Keyblade war, how the fck did Aqua and Ven get back, if they didn't, who is going to replace them.

If they are to release KH3 next, and make it the 7 Keyblade Weilders vs. Org 13 & Xehanort, then I bet afterwards they will release spinoffs in psp and NDS to explain how Aqua & Ven come back. Tho I'd much prefer those games to come out first, because just like you said they can use those games to introduce new plot points, new villians (possible new 13 members) and increase the anticipation to KH3.

 

Edit: They could also include that in the main story of KH3, tho imo it'd be rather disappointing, because we'd have less KH games to play.

 

Not to mention the Kingdom Hearts Team is still working on Versus 13, that still doesn't even have a release date yet x_x, I doubt we will see KH3 for a LONG time.

Having actual plot in KH3 won't reduce the number of KH games we get. It's not like they go 'Hm, we WANT to make a new KH game... but darn! We explained a plot point in another game! Oh well, guess we'll have to cancel it!'

If they want to make more KH, they'll make more plot. It's that simple.

And if they deal with all the plot points in the game beforehand (Aqua being freed, Ven waking up and such) it basically removes any interesting points or drama from KH3. It's pretty clear they're setting up KH3 to be the big game that makes or breaks each character's survival.

Also, they won't be releasing any more KH games on the DS or PSP, just sayin

This was not thought out well. Also, Mickey became a master during the end of BBS, so there is not need for a possible prequel, and the rest that you mentioned..

No. I like idea of more games, but i seriously dont wanna everyone to become an master. From the very moment when secret ending of Re:coded was revealed i never wanted Sora to become an master, because he is already too powerful and i dont wanna title of becoming master to come to his head.

 

Also, im more interested to see something like BBSv2, though i dont think its gonna happen.

Theory:

 

After Xehanort's defeat, Aqua tries to use the X-Blade/KH to create a universe without Darkness so that she and her friends can finally live in peace.

I really think they don't need to spread it out that far, I mean we have Lea become a Keyblade wielder entirely off-screen, there's no reason Kairi can't do the same, but I don't think she can become a Master without more experience, and they don't have time to give her two full games. The same goes for Lea, and I don't think they have enough time for another MoM exam (especially if Xehanort hijacks it) for Ven and Sora, and since they are both able Keyblade wielders I don't think they'll need all Masters

Mickey, riku , kiari ,sora, lea ,aqua and ven . I think sora somehow gives ven back his heart or somehow vens heart goes into roxas ( only speculating) creating then7th then sora looses his ability but gains it cause he earns it somehow. Sound good at all
