I know that there's a yellow rail next to the green rail and there's an elevator involved, too.

what i did was go to the wall where the green rail went into the wall then i just flowmotion jump above the rail and fell onto it and then grinded my way to where i needed to go

Just a solid pink line and good luck and if you cant see the line on the map then just look for the green rail and follow it
