Can someone please help me find a way to send off a fan Character Roster of Super Smash Brothers 4 to it's developers?

The Legend of Zelda:

 

Demon Lord Ghirahim.

 

Pokemon:

Waddle Dee.

 

Metroid:

 

Ridley.

 

Star Fox:

 

Krystal.

 

Donkey Kong;

 

King K. Rool.

 

Yoshi:

 

Kamek.

 

Now for the 3rd party Characters, ahem:

 

Capcom's Street Fighter:

 

Ryu.

 

Namco Bandai Games Tales:

 

Lloyd Irving.

 

Square Enix's Kingdom Hearts:

 

Sora.

 

That's everyone so far so yeah, can someone please help with my request?

You can't, because:

 

1. We don't know who the dev team is

2. They don't take requests

3. Sakurai also said he wanted pretty much zero 3rd-Party characters in SSB4 (not implying that your list is all 3rd-Party)

tutti frutti. Assuming that they take requests, I would think that Nintendo would be the best option in sending it. But in general, I'm sure that they are strict about taking ideas from consumers.

They don't take request, there are reasons why some characters make it into Smash Bros. games and others do not.

 

It mostly has to do with licensing, royalties, copyright, and a whole mess of business related stuff.

 

For example, Snake cannot appear in Playstation All-stars due to part of a deal which basically states that Snake cannot appear in any non-Nintendo fighting games. Believe it or not Konami wanted Snake to appear in Smash Bros much more than Nintendo wanted him too, so as a result they got the butt end of the deal.

You can't send requests, but for Brawl there was an official poll that resulted in Sonic being in the game. Take part in polls, that'll let your voice be heard at least a little.
