Get to at least 45. Considering you're on critical, I'd say go even higher. If you're at a decent level and you're having no luck the only thing I can really recommend is get 2 more curagas (or just Curas, which are almost as effective)

More healing items; level up more

What is you strategy? Maybe you need to improve it.

I do fine on eveything but the clock part is really hard =_= I cant even get there and I dont know if I should just equip long range attacks or what?

What I did was spiral in from the outer edges. If he got close I would dodge and attack the clock and return to defense. The dream eaters should attack and should distract him for a second.

If this helps any Shadowbreaker is a good attack because it is a light and dark attack; it takes a good amount of damage, but I wouldn't use on the clock part. There are way better commands.

I managed it in Critical with only one Curaga. You can block most of his attacks, you just need to get the right timing and he's not a hard fight.

Young Xehanort isn't Riku's final boss.

Actually Young Xehanort it´s a JOKE! the first time i fight him i found that "DARK BARRIER" and "PAYBACK BLAST" where the best commands to equip Riku!

You don´t have to escape from Xehanort. just stand where you are pressing "Y" repeatedly. "DARK BARRIER" will block EVERYTHING and when Xehanort stays close to you press "A" to make him a BIG DAMAGE with "PAYBACK BLAST" for the clock part you can take two ways the "slow easy one" and the "fast daring one"

SLOW EASY ONE: just defend yourself with "Y" and do nothing to the clock. Xehanort will unfreeze time and the battle will start again but he will have less bars. beat the hell out of him and do nothing to the clock. when you are on the 3rd or 4th "clock" send a LONG DISTANCE ATTACK and Young Xehanort will be defeated.

FAST DARING ONE: This one requires some guts from you. Stand ALWAYS CLOSE to the clock, everytime that the ghosts of Xehanort attacks you, block them with "DARK BARRIER" and press "A" for "PAYBACK BLAST" if you are close enough to the clock, the wave will do some damage, but, if you´re standing IN FRONT of the clock, you will do a massive damage to that stuff...And Xehanort will be standing so hurted that he will have two bars and in the 2nd clock when you destroy it, Xehanort will be no more. :D
