First side street off the second district, follow that, or you can use flowmotion to go over the roof and land yourself there. you get to second district from the north of your starting point... Mark Johnson Ldps 0 Posted August 30, 2012 HHHEEEEEELLLLPPPPP i'm going nuts! i have been all over the third district and scoured all of traverse town, but i cannot find Neku, i have now found a room full of monorail tracks? which i entered next to the post box, can anyone tell me where i am going wrong, i am unable to find Joshua and Beat with Riku either, thanks.
