Clearly they haven't seen the full anime side that is from Japanese Anime as a number of people have, more so if sex is the only thing that they see from there. Not all shows are for infants and younger kids. But it should be the parents responsibility to limit what their kids see. I'm surprised everyone likes South Park, even though it's heavily likely to get banned for its very inappropriate content. (and for killing kenny in every episode for no reason). as for Anime, it's up to the person who watches anime to not get heavily influenced. that's all I can say about the anime section.
