Figure out what they want before you insult them with copious amounts of laughter. As for screenshots. Unfortunately there is no software (available to the public) yet. The best you can do is take photos where games allow you to do so or to use a camera or a device with a camera. Its annoying but I'm sure someone will find a way, or Nintendo may even think it will make them money to release a software on the eShop to take screenshots.
