( Spoiler) The Idenity of The Masked Man

So, from the latest Naruto chapter, we have learned some more about the Tobi or the masked one. Well, from we have learned, Tobi only has one justu. It allows him to send a part of his body to a differen dimision so he won't be harmed, but the shocking part is that Kakashi's Kamui and Tobi's justu are the same. At one point of the chapter, Kakashi asked where Tobi got his eye and Tobi stated that he got it from the battle where Kakashi got his eye. There's a connection. Their Justu are the same. That means that Tobi might really be Obito or just has Obito's right eye that was crushed. Do ya have any suggestions on who he might be?

He is not Obito, not Danzo, not Madara, Yamato, Kagami, Izuna or Shisui! He is just Tobi Uchiha.

Either he's Obito, or somehow Madara or someone else got a hold of his eye that was under that rock and he's some random guy, but it has to be Obito's eye, hence the relation to Tobi's jutsu and Kakashi's kamui. Personally I think Tobi is Obito, I mean it just all adds up and there's so many leads to it, I'm almost positive that it's Obito, especially after these last few chapters where we find out Tobi knows Kakashi and Guy from the past somehow.

Unless that's what Kishi wants us to think......

I used to think it was Obito, but that was back when Tobi was first introduced after the death of Sasori. However, that theory was thrown out when I saw the flashback with Tobi fighting Minato during the Nine Tails' attack on Konoha. Tobi was about Minato's height and was presumably much older than Obito would have been at the time. Kakashi was only 14 at the time of the attack and Obito would have been around the same age. Unless Obito found a way to transcend time and go back to start the attack on Konoha, he could not have been that old.

 

Okay, let's assume I'm wrong on that point and that Obito would have grown up by that point. Obito trained under Minato for a very long time and would have known how proficient he was at using his Flying Thunder God technique. When Minato takes Tobi by surprise with the technique and lands a Rasengan on him, it shows that Tobi was not prepared for it. Obito of all people should know how quickly that technique can be activated and how it can be used considering Minato teleported onto Obito's own foot in the middle of a battle without any prior warning. Obito has seen first hand how his teacher could use that technique and would know that a set of chains is not even remotely enough to bind him. With as much as Obito would know about Minato, it seems improbable that he would attempt to attack him as he did.

 

Also, just as a side note, after the recent chapters, I noticed how Tobi was the one who found Deidara's arm after Kakashi used Kamui on Deidara. Thought that was a kinda neat full circle type thing.

tutti frutti. I'm more so just viewing Tobi as Tobi. Until the time comes to where he actually takes off his mask, or it is removed by other means, it's stull up for guessing on who he really is. So far, to me at least, the guy has done a fantastic job in minimizing, if not preventing completely, on revealing who he really is. Though for the most part the space jutsu that Tobi uses could very well be one jutsu, but Tobi himself has yet to confirm this. So far there could very well be a process that Tobi may have set up to where he could very well throw off Kakashi using the Sharingan, other eye techniques, or even analyzing in order to better improve his chances in battle and to more so throw off his opponents. In general, I find that Space Jutsu to be among the few abilities that we know little about. But that's pretty much my guess on the situation.

Anyone thought that was somehow about KH3D? But anyway, no idea who it is, it's either that friend of Kakashi's (that I forgot the name) or someone that stole his other eye on a battle that wasn't mentioned till now. Kakashi seems to know, but Naruto interrupted him, so I guess we'll have to wait to know who it is...

i've seen that part in the books and i have to tell that Madara does know who tobi is cause in one part Madara says that this is not going according to plan and if he did take obitos eye he must have the mangekyo sharingan in the right eye cause his a fully blood uchiha which means obitos sharingan power is changed and cause his got the mangekyo in that eye, thats why he had to use his other eye against konan and him telling konan had he gave pain the rinnigan means that pains eye where tobis eyes.
