Nothing is completely fair. In our last contest, people may have taken English Majors in college and may be able to write an amazing piece. You cant make everything fair for everyone. Plus, everyone CAN draw. I personally don't im good at drawing people or things like that, but i can draw to a certain extent. I am happy with how it turned out though And I used Paint tool Sai on my computer and a tablet to draw with. I kinda just...Water colored?
