Oblivion

... Well this sucks.

Recommended Posts

Since you guys obviously care, I'm just gonna unload all my problems here, for those of you whom are bored and it is 4 in the morning.

Well, last week I started fabulously. It was gettting warmer, the sun was out, and for the weekend I was driving an hour back to my old home to see my real friends that I love and miss. Monday and Tuesday passed.

On Wednesday, I woke up sick. Which is werd, cuz I don't usually get sick. Whatever. I went to school and toughed it out. After school was our weekly cross country meet; a 30 minute drive to Bob Jones Park, yes, laugh at that if you want. The clouds were rolling in, it was chilly, but not unbearable. I waited until the race, and then ran it.

Out of the 200 or so girls there, only the first 40 got a ribbon. Naturally that meant I came in 41st.

On the way home, we got stuck in traffic, and my mom revealed my dad was planning something tonight and i had about 15 minutes to get back to school, change, and get picked up. I JUST BARELY made it, but I didn't get to go home, we went straight to-

The Fort Worth Stock Show Rodeo. Look it up.

Actually, it was really cool. I know I certainly couldn't ump of a horse full speed, pick up a young cow, flip it, then tie all four legs together in 9 seconds. That was the highlight of last week.

So we got hom at like 11, i went to bed cuz it was Wednesday, next morning I was tired as all hell, when I heard that my aunt had been in an accident and was in critical condition. Well, I went to school, and at the end of the day, in athletics, they shouted my last name and told me I was going home. Well of course I was like OH SHIT.

We were going to go to Wichita Falls to see her. Not only that, we came home just in time to find out my little sisters hamster was dying!

But it gets better, folks.

The rain started pouring down. With thunder and lighting.

So we stayed overnight, becuz a hamster's death throes are not short, and then we buried it and headed off to a town that has a sign stating, "WE HAVE COLOR TV'S!" It was Friday, so we were skipping school, actually. My dad got a speeding ticket on the road.

Anyways...

We spend the entire weekend in the waiting room. My aunt has a few broken ribs, a broken hip, a bruised lung, and cuts on her head and arm.

I missed my meeting with my friends, of course. And xI wasn't home to practice guitar.

So, we headed home last night. I though it was over, y'know? Only so much crap you can take.

But I found out today that when my grandpa was heading to the hospital to check on Laurie, he got in an accident.

Well, hell!

That is a load full D:

Well, just stay strong through the hard times and try to see your grandpa and aunt. Be there for your family too. I hope everything begins to get better for you too, and don't let bad times consume your life. You'll be fine and I hope you and your family can get through these hard times. Hope you get over your cold too.
