Rob 5,571 Posted August 6, 2012 I agree. I died against a FLYING BRONY(1 time) more than I died against every boss in the game.
Elijah Gravenhorst 480 Posted August 6, 2012 I think the bosses are actually really hard! Thank you! Don't know why everybody is complaining!
NO_HEART_XIII 312 Posted August 6, 2012 ...Are you kidding me? Young Xehanort was like the hardest boss in the whole series!!! Not counting Secret Bosses.
Khrulesbbs 574 Posted August 6, 2012 Idk, I think I'll lose interest because you would have to spam a lot. Unlike my Kh2FM vids level 1 run was pretty fun. u wouldnt have to spam lol
ApulApul3000 14 Posted August 6, 2012 Well YMX took me a few tries (his firetruckin clock OMFG) and Ansem 2 got me a few times. And in this game, handicaps wouldn't count.
Zoro317 111 Posted August 6, 2012 Are you kidding me! Rinzer was a very hard boss battle even on Standard Difficulty!!!! I hated it when he would throw his discs at me and make the room upside down! Surely, i'm not the only one who feels this way. The trick to that... is dodge
hatok 6,413 Posted August 6, 2012 It's not really a lack of effort, the bosses are still really well done in every respect. But they are styled after bosses from previous KH games. They don't take into account all of the new abilities you have. Meanwhile, the Dream Eaters are terribly done, simply reusing abilities you normally get, with no effort being made to actually balance them. That said, I feel like Ansem was poorly done. The amount of cheap deaths I had during that fight was... staggering. 1 Blake reacted to this
Ven983 490 Posted August 6, 2012 The reason Julius was so easy was because he had a strategy to him that we all used. Had we used our own command decks without any previous knowledge, he would have actually proved to be a very hard secret boss 1 Razorcutable reacted to this
Silvia Kuroi 1,480 Posted August 6, 2012 I felt most of the bosses, strategy wise, are all unique and have plenty of thought. When it comes to difficulty, it comes to your own skill. I think, if you're really that good, then maybe the bosses are too easy. But that doesn't mean they don't have 'thought' or 'effort'. I do think some of the bosses were too easy, yet some of them were harder.
Blake 776 Posted August 6, 2012 I think the regular bosses in the game are the best in the series, they're hard (not dying a lot hard), but not to easy, which is something ALL the other games fail on, simple bosses. That said, Julius isn't that hard compared to: KH1 Xemnas, Terra's Armor, MF, or No Heart, but seriously, does anyone want a boss harder then MF? Julius is like Ice Titan/Kurt Zisa difficulty, which is perfect for me (beat Julius at lvl 47, forth try too). 2 DragonMaster and hatok reacted to this
Queen Tery 4,591 Posted August 6, 2012 i personally find the bosses a bit challenging. I am on proud mode after all.
soriku911 11 Posted August 6, 2012 yea i only died two or three times from boss fights and all were from xemnas and ymx but i died several times frm regular dream eater fights. the dream eaters are a nice challenge compared to heartless or unversed but the bosses are jokes. and julius was just sad compared to other secret bosses beat julius first time at lvl

The bosses may not be bone crushingly hard, but they are certainly unique.I mean, we had RIKU FLYING OVER BURNING PARIS FIGHTING A FLYING BUTTERFLY THING Which is quite possibly one of the most amazing things ever 2 Uncle Dolan and Edum Bot reacted to this
KissyFace 134 Posted August 6, 2012 If the game is too easy, play on Critical. Or a level 1 CM. Don't complain about difficulty if there are more difficulty options.

theultimatesorafan 684 Posted August 6, 2012 How many KH's have you played? Because most people get skill from playing the games, when I played KH1 and KH2FM but KH skill became really good. I played every single one, except Re: Chain of Memories.
ApulApul3000 14 Posted August 6, 2012 I played every single one, except Re: Chain of Memories. I guess it's your age, DDD is one of the easiest KH IMO.

xig28 25 Posted August 6, 2012 i have no idea how to respond, but why do i always feel like they tone down the difficulty in the american version. I have the Japanese version and it was pretty difficult at times on critical mode….just a thought

Wyle 123 Posted August 6, 2012 (edited) I will admit, the bosses did seem a bit easy. The most I've ever died during a boss fight in DDD was two times. Though I'm pleased with their difficulty and their strategy; SE did a very nice job of producing these bosses. Edited August 6, 2012 by Runay
Elijah Gravenhorst 480 Posted August 6, 2012 You should shut up, your complaining about how hard one of the easiest games in the franchise is. This was actually my first KH game to beat on Proud Mode because it's so easy. I thought I accidentally picked Standard Mode for the longest time. I was not complaining actually I am very happy with the difficulty lvl. Other people are complaining about how easy it is and they should just be satisfied with what they get. Case in point. xig28 25 Posted August 7, 2012 (edited) I was a KH2FM master Both the japanese and american kh2 were exactly the same game, and japan still got a final mix so the logic there doesnt have to do with american version always getting new stuff. It honestly wouldnt be that if square america didnt put in extra things for american consumer to buy the game. It goes back to the original kh game, it sold quite well in japan without the bonus fight against sephiroth and what not. as for the american game it had sephiroth and many extras. Lets be honest the main attraction from the selling point for many ppl was FF and seeing that your able to fight sephiroth. Japan doesnt have to worry about any game thats remade with extras not selling well since japanese tend to "collect" many of the same things. U.S. it would not be the same case and we all know that since its about the money. thus leaving why khFM are only to japan. I still believe the american ones are easier since i have read before that previous kh games have been nerfed. KH3D is no exception as well since it was nerfed in the american version with the drop system. Edited August 7, 2012 by xig28
