KH3D "Frequent Friend" trophy?

Plan on 100%ing this game, but the "Frequent Friend" trophy requires "30 placed link portals". I live somewhere where no one has a 3DS, let alone KH3D. So getting even 1 street pass will be pure luck for me. Will it give the trophy if I just place them? I feel like testing it but it would take time and I don't want to do it for nothing.

 

Anyone test this out?

You can only place four Link Portals at a time, so you wouldn't be able to get the trophy that way - I've tried it already. I also live in a remote area where barely anyone plays decent games; it's all about Call of Duty and other mindless games in this town. /firstworldproblem

Yes but it says "place 30 link portals"

 

Did you try placing 4, recalling them, then repeating until you placed 30?

Good point - I have to go to work soon, so I'll try that out this evening.

I can confirm the trophy that requires you to "place 30 link portals" also requires you to get street passes. If you just place them then recall them it will say "your portal was recalled before anyone could use it". I have placed 30+ portals and no luck. If you live somehwere where you won't be getting KH3D streetpasses, you're SOL unless you buy another game and another 3DS just for one trophy.

 

The devs should have worded this trophy differently.
