KH3D Dive Mode Help *SPOILERS*

I need help getting A rank on all Dives. I no idea how the ranking system works, I think it ranks based on your time, though. The Dives that I need to A rank for Sora are Pranksters Paradise, Country of the Musketeers, and Symphony of Sorcery, and for Riku, I need to A rank Symphony of Sorcery and The World That Never Was. If it means anything, I am trying to do this on a Proud Mode file. Thank you.

I always thought it was based off how many points you gained throughout the dive. Unless it was a boss battle, then that'd be off time I suppose.

Prankster's Paradise: more than 730000 points, you get a x1000 bonus if you finish it under 1'15''00.

Country of Musketeers: more than 650000 points, you get a x1000 bonus if you finish it under 1'15''00.

Symphony of Sorcery: more than 1000000 points, you get a x1000 bonus if you finish it under 1'15''00.

 

Riku

Symphony of Socery: more than 800000 points, you get a x1000 bonus if you finish it under 1'25''00.

The World That Never Was: more than 1000000 points, you get a x1000 bonus if you finish it under 1'05''00.

I don't remember the exact score needed, but I got A rank by flying over the first "wall", and then staying in the bottom right corner until the end, mashing A you see the giant star. I hope this helped. Edited August 4, 2012 by kursedkey

Oh and as for the score total calculation, I've been laboring under the assumption that it takes into account total points collected, overall completion time and total damage received. But that's just what I think, I've got no proof.

I beat it by timing when I used the mega lazer spell that it gives you (I think that was the name). Wait until you get to the giant clusters of balloons, and then fire. Also, remember to mash the A button once you pop all of the balloons, since it gives you a speed boost. I hope this helped.
