Khrulesbbs 574 Posted July 30, 2012 people just need to deal with the changes , its a good idea to have the drop gauge imo
LightningXIII 310 Posted July 30, 2012 I haven't even played the game and I know I'll love the drop gauge. Why? Because in BBS, it gets tedious when you have to keep exiting the UMD just to play as someone else every time. The drop gauge makes this easier, and since the game only has two save slots, it'll be better for playing as two characters on one account rather than filling both accounts with separate character/stories. Isamu Kuno 2,512 Posted July 30, 2012 (edited) A lot of the complaints about the drop system is that it can interrupt boss battles. Imagine, you're fighting a boss and just as you're about to deal the finishing blow, 3...2..1...Drop! #&%$ ! I'd be pissed too. IF we didn't have the option to manually drop at EVERY SAVE POINT IN THE GAME! C'mon people just drop before entering a boss's room then drop back in. Simple concept. I agree with the changing characters being tedious but you don't have to exit the game. You can just hold L&R+Select&Start to do a soft reset. Is there a limit to how many times you can do that though? Seems really cheap to be able to do that, but it's a good idea I'll probably use that strategy
