Decimo 243 Posted July 30, 2012 (edited) Ugh, it's not in a treasure chest (can't find it on the journal), but I'm pretty sure you can obtain it there since I took notes of everything as I played. Anyway, it should unlock itself at the shop after a certain point in the story if you don't get it in the world. e: According to a Japanese guide, it unlocks itself at TWTNW. I want my meowjesty >< Yes, you can make AR Dream Eaters without the AR cards in the EU/NA versions of the game, but there is no recipe for them, you have to find out the materials yourself.
