A Kingdom of Hearts- The Keyblade War RP

Saez nodded with a smile toward Anya's greeting as she began to turn away. He immediately spotted Juno when she approached him. As she greeted him, he found an involuntary grin on his face.

"Juno, it's good to see you again, you have my deepest gratitude for being able to make it today. Oh, and please, 'Saez' is fine."

Of all the Masters, Juno was on of those he could just simply trust. She was veteran, and whenever he had needed her assistance for any matters, he was always thankful for her abilities.

"Don't worry about your apprentice, I'll be happy to meet him soon, but it's no problem for me if he's not here at the moment."

He looked at her and then over the crowd. He found himself able to at last speak about the troubles everyone was avoiding for a moment. It would be the first time he brought it up, but not the last.

"Look at all of them. They have all studied so hard to be such skilled fighters, and now I'm not even sure if I can guarantee they won't be fighting each other before long." He looked back to Juno. "I'm calling a meeting of masters once all the arrivals are done. It's not something I'm looking forward to, but the growing tide of darkness needs to be addressed." He suddenly felt bad for reminding her of the negative context of the situation they both found themselves. "But I forget myself, how have you been?"

"Well, I suppose." Juno glanced over the arrivals: students and masters of all creeds were flocking to the King's calling. "I... worry, for my apprentice, I must admit. I fear that I am much too hard on him. Then again..." She turned back to Saez, letting a quick grin slip through. "I can't say my master was much better. If I had time to socialize, I had time to train. I just wish," she sighed. "That I had more time for friends. What some masters forget is that we're not just teaching these kids. We're raising them as well. Keep the leash too tight, and they'll slip away."

Juno was silent for a moment, lost in thought. "I won't lose another student to darkness, Saez. You know that whatever you need, anything at all, I'm right behind you."

A gloomed looked ran down Raynd's face. "Wow! You're SO friendly" Raynd's look returned to normal. "Why are so ... " Randy motioned his hands towards Lamia. "...This?"

At first Rexon didn't see Saez among the wielders'. But he then saw the king speaking to a master he didn't see before. Rexon decides to jog towards them with great interest. As he got closer, he spots Eugene standing with a look Rexon was a little uncomfortable with. Rexon then thinks: 'That guy doesn't look too happy; With THAT much darkness, I wouldn't want to fight him.'

Raynd looked down is regret of his behavior. "Oh...sorry." Raynd looks back at her. "Well maybe with the help of a friend you'LLC be better."

Eugene couldn't help overhearing the entire conversation between the king and this keyblade master of light whom he did not recognize. When the king had said something about an overwhelming tide of darkness, he pondered what could it be. Could it be kinda like a gut feeling that the king was having or could it be like a real person? and if it were a person, Eugene wanted to meet that person. He didn't know, but he would find out soon enough what it means. Eugene then saw Rexon looking at him. At first he didn't know what to say, but then he regained his composure, and asked Rexon, "Hey, what are you looking at, huh?"

Eugene listened to what Rexon said, then replied with, "Ookay, I guess, are you for the darkness or the light, and your answer will influence what I will do next if you choose the light, then I may just have to kill you." Eugene then cracked his knuckles and his shoulders before continuing, "But if you choose the darkness, then I will let you live, how's that? does that sound fair to you?"

Saez let a weak smile show. "I know."

"But I'm not sure either of us is going to be eager to what may be necessary if things don't go... well."

He sighed but then smiled another weak smile. "But we've still got an opportunity to save this, to turn back the tide, or at hold peace in place. We've just got to act soon."

It was almost time to begin....

Rexon, laughing with his arms behind him replies: "I'm with the light, but might be into the dark. I like to see you try something, but I doubt it would work. Besides, I don't want an unnecessary fight and I want to talk to the king." Rexon starts walking to Saez.

Saez looked over at Rexon coming toward him.

"Student, right?"

He held his hand out, but still stood beside Juno. He had seen the kid talking with one of the more serious members of the crowd.

"I'm Saez, nice to meet you, what's your name?"

Juno watched as Saez moved in, while she was content to stay back. There was no need to include herself in petty squabbles, much less before the conferences had even started. Juno knealt down again, her hair draped over her shoulders like blue waterfalls. She closed her eyes once more, awaiting her apprentices arrival. She was worried about being to strict before, but now the thought that she wasn't strict enough was floating to the surface.

"It's the very same honor for me to meet you, Rex. I'm sure if you're looking to learn a thing or two about keyblade mastery, you've hit the right crowd around here."

They were all here for a less cheerful purpose, but while they all happened to be in each others company, maybe it wouldn't do any harm to try and focus on everything all the wielders had in common.

"Who knows, Rex, the worlds may just be in need of your ability before too long. You seem to be a pretty confident wielder, and in times like these heroes are in great demand."

He turned to Juno momentarily. "You still waiting for that apprentice of yours?" He was hoping that whoever he was, he would arrive soon. Saez didn't want to insult his old friend by not waiting for her apprentice, but it was almost time to get down to business.

Rexon: "Well, I'll try my best sir, especially when I become a master." Rex notices Juno behind Saez, crosses his arms and thinks: 'That girl doesn't look that much older than me. She must have a lot of skills to be a master already.'

Okay, I'll go in pretending to be a beginner, Axus thought to himself as he appeared before Saez. "Hey my name is Axus. I'm not too good as a keyblade wielder but I want to get better," Axus said.

"Boy, there's a bunch of you students around here, aren't there?" Saez was surprised how many students were here. He didn't see many of them accompanied by masters either, so many must have come on their own. He didn't want that, he didn't want any kids getting involved in this.

"Well, nice to meet you Axus, I'm Saez. I'm sure you're find a way to improve here, I've planned a little 'activity' for the students here, so hopefully you'll meet some other prospects and get some good experience out of it." He turned so that he was facing Axus and Rexon. "Both of you."

Rexon: "Are you talking about a certain 'test' your majesty?" Rexon takes a quick turn and look at Axus, then thinks: 'This guy seems suspicious, like the other one. I'll have to be careful about him too.'

"You must always be careful." Juno broke from her meditation, joining the King. "After all, one can never be too careful. Today's allies may... be tomorrow's enemies." She snapped from the sense of despair that hovered over her. "I apologize, Saez. It seems my apprentice won't be joining us quite yet. I'll fill him in when he arrives. Please, don't let us hold up your schedule."
