Laziness. They literally came out a couple of days before KH3D was released in Japan, and of course, by that point, I had much more important things to worry about (such as the release of KH3D). Then, it seemed irrelevant because our coverage of the game was over. I will update the archive with them eventually, however.

... ugh I hate you. Okay, I'll give this a shot. Apologies in advance if my answers are boring, seeing as there are sooo many questions!

 

1. I liked the command deck, it was a big improvement from previous gameplay styles in the Kingdom Hearts series. To be honest, I'm not that knowledgeable about it, so I don't know enough deck/commands to pick a favourite one (I would be stuck trying to name any, except the really basic ones). But I did enjoy it!

 

2. We met in year 7 (the first year of high school in Australia), as we were in the same class. We were in the same class throughout pretty much all of high school (up until/including year 12), save for a couple of electives.

 

3. Cella's pants is the most wonderful of places where all sexy and fun times are held.

 

4. I use the name DChiuch everywhere. I always pick the name DChiuch, if available (which it usually is).

 

5. I've made very good decisions regarding KH13. We've grown into arguably the biggest KH website, in the space of less than 4 years. That's unheard of for fansites of an existing series. Kingdom Hearts had been around for 6 years when we created KH13, and there were already heaps of existing KH fansites-- yet we managed to go from nothing, to the best... so we've clearly done something right. It's hard to attribute this to one single "secret", or even a few... basically, it just comes down to me wanting to be the best at everything. For every single aspect of the website, if I find that someone else is beating me, I become obsessed with overcoming them.

 

6. The most important thing is to find something unique that your website offers. When we started KH13, the basic idea was that we'd be the best source of Kingdom Hearts cutscenes. No other website offered cutscenes in high quality, so we thought well that's where we can get interest. You need to find something that no-one else is doing, and do it-- otherwise people won't have a reason to visit your site. Apart from that, it's important to generate user activity, and update regularly. My only regret is not starting with social media earlier.

 

7. I want to own my own business and make lots of money, preferably with a web-based business. Pretty much I want to be like Mark Zuckerberg, though obviously I'd be happy if I'm 1/10000 as successful. If this fails (which I admit, has a good chance of happening), then my fallback is to become an engineer, probably an electrical engineer. I'm in the middle of doing a Bachelor degree for this, and afterwards will be doing a Masters degree.

 

8. We've spent a whole big portion of our school lives in the same classes, ever since we were in the same class in year 7, in 2005. Even now, for the first half of the year at uni, we were in all of the same classes, and for the second half of the year, we'll be in 50% of the same classes. So to answer your question, we're good friends and that's pretty much why.

11. Most of my achievements can be attributed to me not accepting second-best. I always want to be the best at everything that I do, so I try my hardest to achieve that (to the point of being stubborn).

16. I'd probably, first, express my like of the series (well first introduce myself, but yeah), and explain to him the level of interest which the members on KH13 show for the Kingdom Hearts series. I'm sure he'd really love that, hearing how his creation has touched and is important to so many people. Personally, things I'd want to know from him are what fan reactions does he look at online-- does he look at KH stuff on Twitter, YouTube, fansites? How does he get feedback on the series? I'd also thank him for keeping his promise to release 1 game every year, and thank him for releasing as much news as regularly as possible, leading up to these games.

 

17. A lot of #16 could be said here, but as for KH-related things that I'd want him to say in an interview... I'd want him to commit to HD remakes, give a timeframe for KH3, and perhaps explain the importance of each game in the series. It would be interesting for Nomura to tell us why each game is important, so that way people would hopefully realise they are important to the story.

 

18. Both of my parents know. I would say that my mum doesn't care so much, she never really asks about it, or seems to take it seriously. I get the impression that she just sees it as a hobby of mine, similar to playing games or something. My dad appears to be much more interested in it, even though I don't live with him, whenever I see him, he'll ask "how's your website going?", and asks me a lot of questions about it. He doesn't use computers or the internet, so he has never really seen it (and wouldn't understand it if he did), but he seems quite proud of it, and always tells other people/family about it, so I'd say he cares a lot.

 

19. Hmm... I like the stereotype of Australians being all "laid-back" and such. I don't know how true it is, but if it is true, then I'm happy about that. It's important for people to be tolerant and relaxed, and I think we have a lot of that here.

 

20. Nationalistic people with too much pride, who think Australia is the best. People who have a huge interest in sports.

 

21. Well, let's see. So you're saying, there's going to be one game before KH3, what do I want this game to be? I think it's important that we educate all of the fans who will be going into KH3, since at this stage, they're not going to understand a lot of the story. I also think it's important that this game be on a console, since people have this idea that the handheld games = unimportant, and that's wrong. These considered, I'd want the game to be for PS3 (Xbox 360 and WiiU optional), and the game would somehow re-tell the story up until this point. I guess the only reasonable choice is some kind of HD remake set, containing at least BBS, KH1, and KH2.

25. They're great, I've never seen another Internet community that's as close as we are (considering how many members we have). We have a really great set of forum staff, they are really friendly instead of strict and controlling, like you might see elsewhere. I'm glad that KH13 is seen as a really friendly place.

 

26. Hmm. I've never been good at talking about myself, I don't really know what to say. I'm good at some things-- I think I'm smart, I'm pretty good at doing well academically with very little effort, and I'm pretty proud of KH13 and what I've created here. I have high hopes for my future success, I think I'll do well in life. Some bad points are that I'm not very good at being "social". Don't get me wrong, I'm good at talking to people when there's a point to it, but I'm not good at making small talk.

 

27. I wish the Kingdom Hearts Wiki was part of KH13. Our information pages are perhaps the most lacking part of the website (not to say they're bad-- the other parts are just sooo good). So yeah, I guess that would be it.

 

28. Yeah, someone has asked to buy it. Not for much, though. Don't want to give exact figures, but the offers I've gotten... well, we make that in about 7 months. It's not important though, because I have absolutely no intentions of selling. It's true that everything has a price, but I wouldn't give KH13 away for amazing amounts, I am too attached to it. As for partnerships / special advertising deals, we have one that's hopefully coming up for August, which I'm very excited about. Look forward to it.

 

29. I believe in the phrase "everything has a price", so technically, yes; however, the price which would be "enough" would be huge. I'm really attached to KH13, and I've invested soooo much of my time into it, so the value I'd put on it would be very much more than it's actually worth.

 

30. My girlfriend. Assuming you mean on KH13, I'm going to say Koko. As for who I'd like to be a Whore (and for people unaware, this means members with 2000+ likes), I would pick Kaiso, she deserves recognition for being part of the harem for 3+ years but seriously she deserves recognition for all of the hard work over the years. (and yes, this is a shitty answer because she's next in line to get 2000 likes)

Moderators can give out warning points if they feel they need to formally warn you about something. I usually encourage them to simply message users instead, though, so this feature is rarely used. The only people that can see your warning points are you and the moderators/admins (I mean, think about it-- can you see the warning points of other members?)
