If you have the regular non-platinum version that was purchased in the U.S. just put on the Hologuise and enter the race. If you don't then do what this guy did. You can only go here once so do not leave until you have as much bolts as you need. Moving backwards will start the race all over again and moving a whole lap will start the race as well. If any of the two happen, quit the race and re-enter it with the Hologuise.

 

Make sure you use some really heavy duck tape on the circle button. Each spot with the bolt crates respawns automatically if you don't look at it. This won't crash or freeze your game either. This probably won't work on the trilogy which has yet to come out so do the thing with ballon Ratchets like this guy did.

Buy it on amazon.com for $10. It's one of the best platformers of the 21st century. It's on PS2 and a trilogy is coming out in September on PS3.

 

It's cheap so but it on amazon.com. You won't regret it.
