Should I get Heroes of Ruin or Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance?

 

I wanted Heroes of Ruin because of the price and content. There is StreetPass, SpotPass, Online Multiplayer, Local Multiplayer, and 28 hours of story (7 per character). LOTS OF STUFF HERE. And on Amazon, it's 25% off so it's only $30.

 

I also wanted Kingdom Hearts because, well, it's Kingdom Hearts! But there's only a 35 hour gameplay with two extra bosses, minigames, AR ... and Local Play but I don't know anyone with a 3DS... And Amazon price is normal $40 with AR cards.

I've hard heroes of ruin is just okay. =/ I can't actually make a judgement as I don't own a 3ds (yet) and I haven't played either game. But I would go with KH just b/c I spoiled myself and the game looks amazing~ (the keyword being: looks)

I'd say if you wanted an multiplayer online game it'd probably be better off just to look up some free MMOs. From what I saw of the demo, Heroes is basically just like every other online RPG, just on a handheld .. but either way it's up to you.

If you want to get a feel for each game, try out the demos on the eshop. I found that Heroes of Ruin was decent, but the camera was way too terrible that I could never play through the whole game.
