I think that it will be just like her role in KH2, for most of the game she'll be getting in Sora & co.'s way trying to gain the power of Kingdom Hearts, become ruler of all worlds blah blah blah but in the final battle she'll team up with the heroes to beat Xehanort. Not because of any change of "heart", lol, but because she wants Kingdom Hearts for herself, holds a grudge against Xemnas for getting in her way and is pissed at being used by Ansem SoD. She's pretty useless to the story now Went from being a main villain in KH1 to nothing in KH2 ehhh in re;coded >;o but Maleficent is gonna roll!?!?!?!? I think she'll be going on with her own plans, oblivious to Xehanort, or possibly may even work with Xehanort again--she doesn't exactly know she's been used, and furthermore wouldn't really admit it to herself. Maleficent's agenda: - Out for revenge - Can't create a plan - Gets used - Fails to accomplish anything - Gets defeated/dies - Get revived with the dragon balls - Repeats I basically see Maleficent as the Bowser of the series. Her whole "revenge" story that took up half of KHII was so pointless...it's the only part of that game I hate. Unless the creators give her a role that actually progress that plot, I don't want to see her. (and yeah I guess the 3DS game does her a potential role...but I swear to god if it's another revenge plot...i'm gunna break something...) (Sidenote: I do remember in that crappy KH mobile game...she was the main villain as she was the source of sora's nightmares...so there, she was a major baddie in 2 KH games...what more can u ask for?) Fates Chance 60 Posted July 7, 2012 Or, she may join xehanort in efforts to learn his plan, and start sabotaging his plans and inadvertently be helping our heros. Not meaning to of course but yeah. Then near the end xehanort finds her out and destroys her once and for all. (she's had her run and isn't very relevant to the plot anymore. She should have a role equal to her role in Kingdom Hearts I except she'll be considered a secondary villain, as Xehanort and the 13 Darknesses will have roles exceptionally higher then her's. Xehanort in general should just be 1 heart of darkness & there should be 12 others like him making it unessasary to fill those slots with fragments of himself. Right?
