"Oh, another fight? I guess I'll go..." Azrael sighed, walking slowly to the arena, sitting straight down at the top of the stands. 'When will I get to fight' she thought with a sigh.

Haruhi entered the arena, nervous as heck.

"I'm doing this for mom and dad and Nagi...." she thought to herself.

Jason's eyes opened. Haruhi and Neena. Both of them are in my dorm. Looks like I'll be losing a roommate tonight... Jason pushed himself off of the wall. "Darkness." A dark corridor enveloped him, making him reappear in the stands. He walked over and took his usual seat where he would watch the fights. I already know that Neena has powers similar to mine, but I haven't seen her fighting style yet. As for Haruhi... I don't know anything about how she fights. This could be very interesting... or very quick. Jason watched as the fight was getting ready to start.

Haruhi stood across from Neena, ready to use her darkness with her keyblade.

"Hi. I really don't want to hurt you at all and I'm sorry." She said with sad eyes.

Neena glanced at her opponent across the way. Her presence was very weak, yet had the familiar energy of a keyblade. 'This can't be too hard.' she thought, drawing her katana. The obsidian glinted in the sun. "Well I'm not." The loudspeaker turned on again.

"What are you fools doing standing around! Fight!" the loudspeaker turned off again.

Neena looked at Haruhi with blood lust in her eyes. She charged her off-hand with light, and spoke again. "It's been a while since I've had a fight with such a weakling. This'll be fun." Neena charged at Haruhi and swung down, mixing the swipe with light magic.

Haruhi thought of those wings of darkness and all of a sudden she was up in the air, keyblade in hand. She swooped down at Neena, smacking her with the keyblade.

Neena did her best to channel the light energy she had just used in her attack into a shield to block the swooping attack. It worked, but just barely. 'Maybe I'll have to use my forms after all.' she thought, before retaliating at Haruhi by leaping onto her back, then kicking off, and thrusting her victim into the ground. In midair, she sheathed her sword, and upon landing, drew and cocked her bow.

Haruhi thought of armor and suddenly she was covered in a dark black metal. She then surprised Neena by throwing a throwing knife she thought of at her.

Texsera heard the announcement. She satted up and quickly got on her feet. She walked over about to open the door when she suddenly stopped. She turned and saw Neku sitting on a corner. "Neku,there you are. You didn't talked to me the whole day. I thought you were made at me."Texsera says. "Why would I be mad at such an insolent little girl?"Neku asks as she turned to Texsera. Texsera glared. "It is my birthday. I went to spend it with Jason around. If you wanted to come you could of appeared at any moment."Texsera says. "You don't get it don't you?! He's starting to influence you with crappy beliefs and you're bealiving them!"Neku says. "Shut up! He has taught me more of myself than I ever knew. I even felt a heartbeat in me today. I thought you would be happy!"Texsera says. "Why would I be happy?! You're becoming illusional Texsera! You're loosing sight of what you came here for or why you even excist! You weren't MEANT to excist! You're just a replacement for Teresa's body!"Neku yelled. Texsera stared. "How could you say that? No. No no! Teresa is someone else,I am me,and no one else! Screw your logic! I will compete in this tornument and be myself while at it!"Texsera says. "Then what the hell will you do when it's time to go back home?!"Neku asks. Texsera stared. "I'll...I'll follow whatever instincts I have with the me I am starting to discover."Texsera says. With that she walked out and slammed the door. Neku stared and death glared. "(I guess I have no other choice...)"

Jason had his hand on his chin as he was watching the battle. Neena definitely has a strong degree of control over light and darkness. That much has been clear for quite a while now. She seems to have multiple weapons suited for whatever situation suits her the most. Sword for close range, bow and arrow for long range. She's likely had some form of survival training, and she's extremely agile. Which means that if her focus is speed, direct hits will have quite an impact on her. Jason then turned. Haruhi... it looks like she just creates things out of nowhere to help her out. Maybe she uses her mind to create weapons and items to suit her needs. This makes her extremely hard to catch off guard. But if she were to be distracted somehow, if her mind wandered, she would be completely vulnerable. Jason then noticed that Texsera hadn't arrived yet. He figured that she was probably either running late, or she was resting after their long day. He couldn't help but partially worry, though. Neku and the Organization were going to be after not only him, but Texsera as well. This he knew with certainty.

Texsera down the hall and outside to the arena. She walked up to the benches and satted down next to Jason as she crossed her arms as she rested back against the back seat. "Neku is a meany head. She can go to hell for all I know. -3-"Texsera says as she watched the battle between Haruhi and Neena. The battle was getting really good,so she payed attention to it. Neku walked up and stared from inside the building. She was very serious. She was angry at the fact that Texsera was starting to act out. Mostly out of everything: That she was starting to act like an actual human being. Starting to have natural emotions instead of forcing them. Actually enjoying life. Neku wasn't liking that she was having this much freedom,because she felt that Texsera was slipping away from control. "(I have no choice. Tonight when her mind is more active,I will have to take offensive.)"

Jason looked over at Texsera as she sat beside him, and he gave a quick nod of his head. When she said that about Neku, his concern immediately rose. Neku's definitely not happy. Looks like this is going to become a much trickier situation... He slightly turned to Texsera, then turned forward to the arena again. "...be careful around Neku, Texsera. I know that dog is your guardian and all that... but something about her rubs me the wrong way..." Jason knew that whatever Neku had planned, it had absolutely nothing to do with Texsera's best interests and happiness.

Texsera looked at Jason and noded. "I know. Neku's just a grinch. Out of the entire time I have been with her,she has never been fully satisfied with me. Nothing that I have done seems to have made her smile at all like she means it. I think she just has to many expectations that she wants me to do but that she knows I won't do. I don't care of that Animal Bonding crap,it sounds creepy enough as it is."Texsera says as she stuck her tounge out and then looked up at the battlefield. "This battle is getting interesting. I wonder who will I be facing next."Texsera says as she tilted her head. "Hm." Texsera closed her eyes for a few seconds and started to think of something that has been picking at her mind lately.

Jason looked over to Texsera, and gave a quick nod. He turned back to the arena for a moment. He wasn't trying to be egotistical, but he thought that asides from his own battle with Issun, this fight would be by far the most interesting out of the whole batch so far. He had figured that Neena would have taken down Haruhi by now, but the girl seemed to be doing a surprisingly good job of fending for herself. He then turned back to Texsera. He immediately knew something was on her mind. This time, he decided not to prod at it. If she wanted to share it, it should be something she should talk about. If she didn't, she shouldn't have to be confronted.

Neena lowered her bow, and used her off hand to summon a dark corridor right in front of the knife. Quickly, Neena observed what tactics her opponent had used. It seemed that Haruhi had just been creating whatever she wanted out of darkness. Wings, armor, a knife. Who knew what limit she had? However, it was only darkness. It had to be countered with light. That was a vulnerability. However, Neena had seen how emotional this girl could get over something. Maybe taunting was a good idea. Taunting, Neena had learned could easily be considered a grand martial art. It made people lose their focus, become emotional. A very bad thing to be when in a head on fight. Neena raised her bow again, and tapped the arrow twice with her index finger, the magical code her arrow knew to mean to explode with light upon impact. And now for the taunt. "Hey! Where's your boyfriend? Still in that ugly little orb? Or did it fall off the shelf and shatter already? Why'd you come here again? To help your family? That screams weakness. What have you done to prove yourself? I have killed almost 200 wielders by myself in a war. Jason destroyed an organization of extremely dangerous Nobodies. Texsera is part of an incarnation of that organization. Ace has made himself a suit out of some of the highest tech in reality? And you are? What are you? A foolish young girl with close to no experience? Is that it! Go home before you get yourself hurt."

 

(Wow, I sound antagonistic. Don't worry, the end of this fight will redeem it.)

"I redeem myself just by being here!! I don't care what you say!! Ragna and my family believe in me, and if someone believes in me, that's enough!!!" Haruhi said flying high into the air. She then came down at such a speed, she looked like some sort of meteor. She tried to land right on Neena, even if she missed her, she'd be alright.

Texsera opened her eyes and continued to watch the battle. She shook her head a bit and looked up at the sky a bit. "(I'm starting to wonder if Neku is even soppouse to be with me. She's been hating me from day one. She only likes me whenever I follow her lead,and when I do I hate it,alot...Neku's so complicated,I really don't know what is going to happen when we return back home after the tornument. She'll probably even stop talking to me. That would be a bit of a blessing though,she can be a bit annoying.)"Texsera thinks. She looked up and stared at the battle. She was still sleepy but wanted to see. She yawned a bit and rested her head on her arms as she watched the battle go on.

Neena made a quick sidestep, which easily dodged the attack. The taunt hadn't gone as well as she had expected. Then brute force would be the way. Before her opponent had time to recover from the reckless attack, Neena dived in for the kill. Without mercy, she stabbed quickly, more than enough times, the flipped backwards. Neena charged her hand with light, ready to use it to shield or attack, whichever came first.

Jason leaned forward, examining the fight. He was taking this opportunity to analyze Neena to the best of his ability, anticipating her to be a potentially dangerous opponent. She's fast, she's merciless, she's brutal. If I end up fighting her, I can't hold back, or I will lose. She knows how to try and play to people's mental weaknesses, reading them a lot like I do. I can't underestimate her if we do end up fighting. Her power over light and darkness is definitely potent, but I don't know if it's as powerful as mine is. I guess we'll see.

Haruhi rolled out of the way and quickly got up. She made a darkness shield and sword, ready for her shot. She planted her feet, and stood firm.

They stood on opposite ends of the battlefield, at a complete stand still. First moves were dangerous, and Haruhi knew that. A first move could determine the end of the fight , for better or worse. But this was a chance she needed to take. Haruhi had definitely proved her power to be more than she had previously thought, but it was time to go up a notch. Neena sent the light energy flying into the air. When it reached the climax, it exploded in a bright light, harming nobody, but temporarily blinding members of the audience and Haruhi. In the small amount of time that Neena had before the blinding wore off, she pounded her fist to the ground.She felt the familiar stream of light coursing through her body. The sensation of her physical appearance changing, her raven black hair turning to a shining gold, and amethyst eyes turning a beautiful sky blue. The katana made of black stone in it's sheathe, slowly changed shape and material, transforming into a golden broadsword. Her clothing suited for acrobatic moving, turned to a stunning set of golden armor. All this took place in a matter of seconds, and as the light started fading and the people started to recover sight, Neena made her real move. She unsheathed the sword, ran toward Haruhi, and swiped powerfully downward.

In the period of time it took for Neena to send the light, Haruhi had blind folded herself with darkness, using her ears for fighting because she knew her powers of light could harm her sight. She continued to use her ears in the remaining time and once Neena took her swing, she aimed, her foot at her chest and kicked out.
