Final Fantasy VII coming for PC?

According to the game site IGN, there is a website from a Publisher's online store that has confirmed it will be selling a direct re-release of the beloved Final Fantasy VII.

 

Appearently, this version will feature 36 new achivements, Cloud saving (Not the hero), and a 'character booster' to increase HP MP, and Gil to max.

 

This game is said to available for about £7.99 (about $12).

I should really get around to completing this game. I downloaded it on PSN like a year ago and haven't played it in ages. I spent ages giving money to this guy in hill to fight off an army or something. Bloody stole it all.

Looks great and all but if they are going to do this they may as well remake it for the PS3 with HD graphcis... just saying.

I honestly don't get the point of this. Really, Square? No one wanted a pc-only re-release of this game which is the same thing with a few bonuses. We asked for an FFVII HD PS3 remake, which you won't give us until you've made a game better than FFVII, not this.

Believe it or not, games aren't made specifically to fit your needs

You know, there are people who haven't played VII, want to play VII on the PC, or who don't want the classics messed with, which is probably what this would be aimed at...

Are you talking about a remake of the game for the pc or playing the game on the pc? Those are very different matters because it's not that hard to play it on the pc.

lol, FFVII has already been on PC for so many years. Now they are putting just little bit of new features on it.

And yeah, Square has already stated that they won't make FF7 remake before they make better FF game than it.
