There are plenty of well-thought up villains, that despite being horrible and sadistic, they are very likable for being who they are. I guess I would have to say Shinobu Sensui from Yu Yu Hakusho, mostly because he was a huge letdown as a villain after the awesomeness that was Younger Toguro. My main two that I despise the most are Aizen (Bleach) and Akainu Sakazuki (One Piece). Aizen for being a troll and having Hitsugaya stab Momo. Akainu for killing off one of my favorite characters of the series, Ace. Marshall D. Teach aka Blackbeard (One Piece) for being more of a coward in the series, which to me I think that he will get his. Other than these, I can't really think of any others that I despise.
